Talent is an important resource for the current social co mpet it ion,and it is also an indispensable key factor for the development and growth of an enterprise.Under the requirements of high-qualit y econo mic development,the ro le o f talent training has gradually beco me pro minent,emplo ye e training has gradually beco me the focus,and relevant scient ific research results have cont inued to emerge.However,many tradit ional small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises are founded by technical talents.Relying on the dividends of China’s e cono mic development and strong domest ic demand,they put their main energy into product ion,techno logy and sales.In terms o f talent training and scient ific management Lack o f awareness [1].How to tap the talent potent ial and provide manpower guarantee fo r enterprises to achieve strategic goals is an urgent problem to be so lved in small and medium-sized manufacturing industries.By studying the current situation o f the staff training system o f Changsha Tianhe Drilling Too ls Co.,Ltd.,and using quest ionnaires and in-depth interviews to co llect data,it is found that the exist ing staff training system o f Changsha Tianhe Drilling Tools Co.,Ltd.has inaccurate grasp of training needs and unreasonable training planning;The implementat ion o f the training plan is not guaranteed;the training is not targeted enough,the form is single,and the trainees have general feedback.Under the guidance o f relevant theories at ho me and abroad,this paper takes the company’s development strategy as the guide,and aims at mu tual benefit between the enterprise and its emplo yees.It has improved the design in four aspects,clarified the training objects,and formulated seven general courses with strong operabilit y and pert inence.This paper also studies the obstacles and safegu ards in the implementat ion o f the improvement plan to further ensure the implementat ion o f the improvement plan for the emplo yee training system.Through the improvement and research on the exist ing emplo yee training system of Changsha Tianhe Drilling Tools Co.,Ltd.,a cost-effect ive closed-loop training system is formed,which can tap and cult ivate exist ing talent resources,enhance the lo yalt y o f new emplo yees,and form a healt hy training system.Human resources input and output,and further improve work efficiency and corporate co mpet it iveness.At the same t ime,it is also a powerful explorat ion for small and medium-sized tradit ional manufacturing enterprises in my country to build an emplo yee training system,which has a certain reference value.
