With the continuous improvement of the per capita income level of residents in China,the denture industry has also developed rapidly in recent years.Under the impact of new technology,the market also puts forward higher requirements for denture enterprises in production,management and quality.Performance appraisal is one of the six modules of human resource management,which plays an important role in the enterprise human resource management and plays a vital role in promoting the sustainable development of the enterprise.Most of China's denture industry is private small and medium-sized enterprises.In terms of human resource management,experience management is more common,and most enterprises lack scientific modern management.CX Company is a small denture enterprise.Although it has initially established the relevant human resource management system,the system is still not perfect,among which,the problem of employee performance management system is particularly prominent.Because the imperfect performance appraisal system has affected the work enthusiasm of employees,resulting in more frequent employee turnover,difficult talent recruitment,less senior employees,seriously affecting the sustainable development of the enterprise.Firstly,the paper reviews the literature and theories related to the performance appraisal of employees in the denture industry,analyzes the current situation of the performance appraisal of employees in the production department of CX Company by applying the theories related to performance appraisal,designs a questionnaire,and investigates and analyzes the problems existing in the performance appraisal of employees in the production department of CX Company.It is found that the main problems in the performance appraisal of employees in CX Company include the imperfect performance appraisal index system,the unclear application of appraisal results,the unreasonable setting of appraisal cycle,and the failure to establish a feedback mechanism for appraisal results.The paper further analyzes the causes of the existing problems,applies KPI and balanced scoreccard methods to the staff performance appraisal management of CX Company,analyzes the job contents of the staff in the production department of CX Company,and designs improvements from four aspects,including index system,assessment standard,assessment period and assessment results.Suggestions on the implementation of the new performance appraisal system are also put forward.Taking CX Company as the research object,this paper studies the performance appraisal of employees in the denture industry,expecting to have certain reference value for promoting the performance management of enterprises in the denture industry,so as to promote the establishment of a good enterprise management culture in the denture industry,give better play to the role of employees,and improve their work efficiency.
