| With the rapid development of market economy,the development of enterprises has ushered in many opportunities,but also accompanied by a lot of challenges.The core competition between enterprises is the competition of employees,and the development of enterprises cannot be separated from the efforts of employees.Under the background of the new economic era,enterprise employees have higher and higher requirements for the quality of life and have clear plans for their career development.Meanwhile,the turnover of enterprise employees is becoming more and more serious.Employee turnover will limit the development of enterprises,so reducing employee turnover rate is a problem that enterprises must solve.Taking G Construction Company as the research object,this paper analyzes the current situation of employee turnover in G Construction company by using questionnaire survey,interview method,case analysis method and system analysis method.The employee turnover rate of the construction company is increasing year by year,the employee turnover leads to the imbalance among departments,the employee turnover goal is clear,the employee turnover between 26 and 30 years old accounts for a large proportion and the undergraduate turnover accounts for a large proportion.Through the analysis,it is concluded that the reasons for employees’ divestment include fierce industry competition,unclear corporate culture,low salary,increase of employment opportunities,poor working environment,imperfect training system,imperfect promotion mechanism,unclear career development plan for employees,failure to reflect personal value and better choices for employees.To this end,this paper conducted a questionnaire survey from employment opportunities,working environment,salary,career development,training and promotion mechanism,corporate culture and other aspects.In addition,SPSS data analysis software was used to analyze the reliability,validity,correlation and differentiation of the questionnaire data,and the relationship between the questionnaire variables and employee turnover was obtained.Finally,guided by the results of the questionnaire,in order to improve G Construction company’s human resource management ability,to help the company reduce the employee turnover rate and improve G Construction Company’s market competitiveness.This paper puts forward some suggestions:to optimize the recruitment system and improve the employment system,optimize the performance appraisal mechanism,strengthen the training and promotion mechanism beneficial to the employee’s own career development,optimize the salary and welfare system,infiltrate the "craftsman spirit and people-oriented" corporate culture,and do a good job in the management of the resigned employees.To sum up,this paper hopes to find out the reasons for employee turnover by analyzing the current situation of employee turnover in G Construction Company,and put forward reasonable suggestions to help G Construction company reduce the situation of employee turnover,which has certain practical significance. |
