The Spatial Restructuring Of Rural Industry In The Pearl River Delta Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization

The spatial restructuring of rural industry includes spatial restructuring of rural agricultural,industrial and service industry.It is not only the process and result of the changes,reorganization and interaction of the rural space system elements,but also an important intervention method for the government to implement rural revitalization.Under the new policy environment,the traditional rural economic development model and urban-rural development regional pattern of the Pearl River Delta are facing a new round of rapid transformation.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to carry out research on spatial restructuring of rural industry in the Pearl River Delta after the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.Taking Dongguan,where the rural collective economy is relatively developed,as a case study,this paper discusses the spatial and temporal characteristics,influence mechanism,implementation path and future research focus of the spatial restructuring of rural industry for collective land and rural enterprises.At the same time,this paper takes Regional system of human-land relations theory and the Space production theory as the guiding theories,and adopts the methods of literature analysis,mathematical statistics,Arcgis spatial analysis,SPSS factor analysis and so on.Paper research results include:(1)Research on the theory of rural spatial restructuring mainly focuses on the theory of Regional system of human-land relations and the theory of Space production.Spatial restructuring of rural industry theory and empirical research are insufficient.The research on multi-function or global rural transformation and spatial restructuring are hot topic in the west,while the domestic research focuses on the process-mechanism-regulation of rural spatial restructuring and rural industrial space optimization strategies and rural production space system.(2)The population,land and rural enterprises in Dongguan continue to change in the total volume,structure and spatial distribution pattern.Under the village scale,the spatial restructuring of rural industry presents spatial agglomeration.Different types of rural industries have different spatial agglomeration degree,location and scale.The villages with high spatial restructuring intensity,namely hot spots,are mainly distributed in Houjie-Chang'an-Humen,Nancheng-Dongcheng-Guancheng,and Tangxia-Fenggang.The villages with low spatial restructuring intensity,namely cold spots,are mainly distributed in Wangniudun,Shilong-Chashan-Shipai.(3)The spatial restructuring of rural industry in Dongguan is the result of the combined effects of various influencing factors.Different influencing factors have different degrees of influence and paths on different regions.Collective economy,industrial support,foreign trade and industry,and agricultural economy are the main factors influencing the spatial restructuring of rural industry in Dongguan.The influence path of collective economic factors includes the expansion and circulation of collective land,the replacement of rural enterprises,the change of the reinvestment and consumption behavior of villagers and collective organizations;The influence paths of industry support factors include the development of producer services and the transformation of investment structure under policy guidance;The path of influence of foreign trade and industrial factors includes the continuous transformation of processing trade to general trade,and the transformation of low-end industry to high-end industry.The influence path of agricultural economic factors includes the construction of modern agricultural science and technology park and large-scale agricultural management.(4)This paper proposes the implementation path of rural vitalization by cultivating new business entities,continuously optimizing investment structure,accelerating the implementation of the new "Land Management Law",improving the industrial support system,and integrating the rural industrial space optimization into the core issues of the land and space planning of Dongguan City,focusing on rural industrial space governance.(5)This paper proposes that the future should focus on the active mechanism of the subjects from a micro perspective,and carry out government policy and urban and rural space governance system innovation research.
