Research On The Design Of The Nursing Home In The Central City Under The Mode Of Combining Medical Care And Nursing

"Aging of population" has become an irreversible trend in the global scope.As early as 1999,China officially entered the "aging society".Over the past 20 years,people from all walks of life have explored and developed the pension industry with little effect.At present,there are two difficulties in the problem of "aging population" in China.The development of nursing homes is uneven.Most of the new nursing homes are built in the suburbs and the prices are expensive,which the elderly at the grass-roots level cannot afford,leading to a high rate of empty beds.Most of the nursing homes in the central urban area are public nursing homes.Due to limited capital investment,the living environment is poor and "one bed is difficult to find".The insufficient medical resources for the elderly,the prolongation of the life span of the elderly and the sharp increase of the prevalence rate make the original tight quality medical resources unable to meet the huge medical needs of the elderly.As a graduate student majoring in environmental art design,to solve such problems,on the one hand,we should look for positive coping methods from the pension policy,the needs of the elderly and the pension model.On the other hand,from the perspective of nursing home design to improve the elderly living environment.In this paper,literature research,interdisciplinary research,case analysis and other methods were used to study the design of the nursing home in the central urban area under the combination of medical and nursing mode.Firstly,a large number of documents related to the needs of the elderly and the design of nursing homes are collected.Through the literature,the current situation of nursing home design at home and abroad is clearly understood and analyzed and summarized.Determine the feasibility and value of the design and research of the nursing home in the central city under the mode of combining medical care and nursing.Through interdisciplinary research,read and analyze literature related to medical care needs of the elderly and design of nursing homes,including medicine,sociology,architecture and design.Combined with the case analysis,this paper studies the excellent nursing home design under the combination of medical and nursing mode at home and abroad,and analyzes its reference.Through the field investigation of the nursing homes in the city where the author lives,the status quo of the nursing homes in the central urban area of large cities is analyzed,and the optimization design strategy is proposed from seven aspects:barrier-free facilities,living space,activity space,dining space,plant selection,landscape space and architectural form.Finally,this paper takes the rouge road nursing home in Wuchang District as an example,combined with the optimization design strategy summarized above,to make a more complete design scheme.The scheme is redesigned from the overall layout,road streamline layout,interior space and green landscape,deeply integrating the concept of combining medical care,and the design will greatly improve the experience of residents and improve the quality of life of the elderly in their later years.There are still many imperfections in this study,which should be further explored in the future study and research.It is hoped that this study can provide valuable reference for the design and development of nursing homes in the central urban areas of large cities in China.
