Study On POE And Retrofiting Of Interior Space Of Elderly Care Building With Combination Of Medical Care And Nursing

Facing the accelerated aging situation in China and the huge aging population base,nowadays,the problem of "getting old before getting rich" has become a major problem in China.The demand of the elderly care for the elderlies has prompted the rapid development of China’s elderly care industry.However,at this stage,China’s e nursing homes still have problems such as limited indoor space,inappropriate spatial streamline,lack of privacy caused by over concentration of personnel,insufficient indoor thermal comfort and so on.This paper explores and analyzes the problems existing in the indoor space through the post-use-evaluation of the indoor space of the nursing homes,which provides a theoretical basis and another research perspective for the indoor space design and transformation of this type of building.This study focuses on the indoor space of the building,but the determination of business model and the allocation of nursing and medical resources are not within the scope of this study.Firstly,according to the data of the National Bureau of statistics and relevant policies and regulations,this paper makes a preliminary discussion on the current aging phenomenon and the development status and problems of nursing homes in China;Secondly,it deeply expounds and analyzes the design,research and practice of both domestic and foreign nursing homes with combination of medical and nursing care,and puts forward the post use evaluation indicators of nursing homes with combination of medical and nursing care based on the theories of elderly psychology,aging appropriate design and post use evaluation,combined with the evaluation methods such as Likert scale method and importance performance analysis method,with reference to relevant literature,through the investigation of several nursing homes with combination of medical and nursing care,The evaluation factors and the specific design of the questionnaire for building users are determined through the pre experiment of the expert questionnaire;Thirdly,through the further field investigation of Xi’an’s nursing homes with combination of medical and nursing care and the issuance of satisfaction questionnaires,according to the survey results and the summarized questionnaire data,the average value and standard deviation analysis,the importance and satisfaction relationship analysis and the structural equation model analysis are carried out from the questionnaire results.The results of the questionnaire and data analysis show that the lack of indoor space comfort caused by the defects of indoor physical environment indicators is the main reason that affects people’s satisfaction with the indoor space of nursing homes.Based on the results of mathematical statistical analysis,starting with different types of space,this paper puts forward targeted space optimization strategies for the indoor space of the nursing homes.Finally,through the establishment of the artificial neural network model,the preliminary satisfaction prediction of the investigated nursing homes is carried out and the results with an accuracy rate of more than 70%are obtained,which proves the feasibility of the research method and its guiding significance for the indoor space design of the elderly care building with the combination of medical care and elderly care.
