With the rapid development of economy and industrialization,the impact of electric energy on economic and social development is becoming more and more significant.As the main carrier of industrial development,industrial park enterprises are large consumers of electricity.Their production and development put forward new requirements for power quality and energy efficiency.Objectively and accurately evaluating the quality of power users obtain from the power grid is a powerful guarantee for enterprises to reduce costs and improve electric energy efficiency.In the context of advocating energy conservation and emission reduction in the whole society,it is of great significance to help enterprises master their energy consumption,reasonably plan energy consumption behavior and improve energy efficiency.Therefore,this paper focuses on the evaluation and optimization of power quality and electric energy efficiency.A large number of large-scale electrical equipment and high-precision equipment in industrial parks pose new challenges to power quality,and power quality evaluation can provide support for enterprises to improve energy efficiency.In order to improve the objectivity and accuracy of evaluation,a hierarchical evaluation method of power quality based on CRITIC and improved TOPSIS is proposed.Firstly,based on the logical relationship between subsystems of pressurestate-response(PSR)model,a comprehensive evaluation index system of power quality is constructed from multiple dimensions.Considering the difference s and correlations between indicators,the CRITIC weighting method is adopted from two information perspectives.Then,the improved TOPSIS evaluation model is established,and the power quality grade matrix is added to the evaluation matrix.By calculating the closeness between the measured and grade sequence and the positive and negative ideal solution,the objective quantitative grading of power quality is realized,and the original distance criterion is also improved.Finally,an example is given to verify that the proposed method can obtain more accurate power quality classification evaluation results.In this paper,the index selection idea and the evaluation method in power quality evaluation lay the foundation for the electric energy efficiency evaluation.In order to improve the energy efficiency of enterprises,it is necessary to evaluate the energy efficiency level of customers before optimizing their energy efficiency,so as to find the weak links of energy consumption.Customers in the industrial park have a large electricity load and many energy-consuming equipment,so there is a great potential for energy efficiency improvement.Considering the dynamic relationship between energy efficiency indexes,the electric energy efficiency index system is constructed based on PSR model.Optimize the index system by combining principal component analysis and correlation analysis.The improved Grey-TOPSIS energy efficiency evaluation model is constructed,the entropy weight method is used to calculate the index weight.In order to improve the accuracy of comprehensive evaluation,the weighted grey correlation degree measure is constructed to replace the traditional Euclidean distance.Through the subsystem analysis link,the energy consumption status is deeply analyzed from the three dimensions of pressure,state and response.By evaluating the energy efficiency level of 10 typical customers in the industrial park,the result shows that customers with better response performance have higher comprehensive energy efficiency evaluation results,which verifies the feasibility of PSR index sys tem.The effectiveness of the evaluation model is verified by method comparison.Energy efficiency evaluation provides decision-making basis for the implementation of energy efficiency optimization.When constructing the electric energy efficiency optimization model,fully consider the technical investment cost,the degree of technical applicability and the influence of each individual index on the overall goal,and pursue the maximization of the energy efficiency optimization benefit of the enterprise as the overall goal.By solving the model,we can find the most scientific and reasonable technology combination scheme,avoid the waste of funds and the blind use of technology,improve the economy of energy efficiency optimization,and improve the competitiveness and optimization enthusiasm of customers in the industrial park while saving energy and reducing consumption. |
