| Industrial boiler is given priority to with burning all kinds of raw coal in our country.Every year,more than 1/3 of the raw coal production is consumed by the burning of coal fired boiler.Boiler design efficiency is generally 72%~80%,while the average operating efficiency is 60%~65%.The average operating efficiency is 10 to 20 percentage points lower than the foreign advanced level,and the annual consumption of raw coal is sixty million to one hundred million ton.The main reasons for the low efficiency of industrial coal combustion are:extensive management,low degree of automation,serious waste and so on.Manager can only be based on the experience,there is no clear goal to guide the operator of the boiler to adjust the parameters in real time to improve the thermal efficiency of the boiler.In a sense,to improve the efficiency of industrial coal-fired boilers,not only has the economic benefits,but also to reduce the generation and emission of pollutants is of great significance.According to the two steam boilers of the enterprise,using the fault tree analysis method from the human factors,equipment factors,material factors,environmental factors,factors and methods of measurement factors in these six aspects,analyzes the causes of the two boiler low efficiency.According to the safety index,economic index and environmental index of industrial boiler,using analytic hierarchy process to establish the evaluation system of energy efficiency index of industrial boiler.On the basis of this,a setof energy efficiency evaluation system for industrial boiler is designed.The system has real-time data monitoring and historical data query and analysis of energy efficiency and boiler performance histogram statistics and other functions.With this evaluation system,manager can be informed for the management of boiler operation workers,accelerate control through management,control combination,to achieve the purpose of integrative management.Make the boiler run in an efficient state in order to improve the efficiency of the boiler.After two cycle experiments in the enterprise and the assessment system can run stably and reliably,the efficiency of boiler increased by nearly 9%.it has certain guidance and reference for the operation and management of small and medium sized industrial boilers. |
