A Study Of Critical Regionalist Architectural Styl

The dissertation is supposing to demonstrate the development trend of critical regionalism from the perspective of architectural civilization and cultural development,as the extension of the research that the formation of world’s critical regionalism architectural style.Working on this methodology,to get a full understanding in the formation and development of architectural style and architectural culture,by means of analysis the development process of China,Japan and western countries and comparing the differences between China and Japan.Different architectural styles are the precious heritage of human development,but it is significant for us to realize that architectural styles and architectural culture need going further to adapt to the development of our era.We should put more emphasis on the progressiveness of architectural civilization and the social needs of different regions,by abandoning the limitations of traditional architectural styles and culture to create the new architectural styles which contain both regional characteristics and critical thinking.
