Human resource planning,which is regarded as an integral part of human resource strategy,has important value.At present,the market competition that enterprises need to deal with is becoming increasingly fierce.If enterprises still use traditional management of human resources to implement management behavior,the development needs and management needs proposed by enterprises will not be met,which means that enterprises need to be aware of the importance of human resources planning in the process of formulating strategies,highlighting the actual advantages of human resources planning.Therefore,more and more enterprises participating in market competition begin to explore effective means to optimize personnel structure,improve personnel quality and enhance competitiveness.At present,China is in a new stage of changing national policies,innovating national policies,sustainable economic development,and upgrading science and technology.Assuming that geological prospecting units still adopt the traditional human resource management model,the development of geological prospecting units will fall behind.Therefore,geological prospecting units must be aware of the important role of human resource management.At the same time,geological prospecting units need to be aware of the important value of training,attracting and utilizing talents,and develop geological prospecting undertakings by maximizing the benefits generated by human resources.Therefore,the author selects Huake Geological Prospecting Company as the research object,and actively introduces the human resource planning theory in the research process.China Nuclear Geological Prospecting Company was officially established in 1971.It is a public institution under the 268 Corps of Jiangxi Nuclear Industry Geology Bureau.In 2003,it moved its address to Ningbo and was transformed into an enterprise.As a professional Class A survey enterprise,it has a registered capital of 50 million yuan and is mainly engaged in engineering survey,design,monitoring,etc.The company has established a management system and adopted planning methods.The company’s human resources planning mainly includes recruitment and dismissal of personnel,promotion and demotion of internal personnel,arrangement of training for new and old employees,performance appraisal and rewards,and salary and welfare benefits.However,the current human resources planning is difficult to meet the development needs of enterprises in the market competition environment.Taking Huahe Geological Prospecting Company as the research object,the paper sets the main framework of the paper by virtue of the theory of integration,human resource strategy,human resource planning and other related theories,combined with the experience formed by their own participation in the work.First of all,it briefly introduces the background,methods and highlights of the research.Secondly,summarize and discuss the operation status,strategic composition and overall status of the geological exploration industry of Huahe Geological Exploration Company,actively analyze the current department setting,staffing and management of human resources of the company,and analyze the problems and causes of the problems in planning human resources after carrying out the questionnaire survey.Then,with the help of the selection of supply method and demand method,the supply and demand of personnel are predicted,and the human resource planning scheme is determined based on the prediction results.Finally,set safeguard measures for the implementation of the human resources planning plan of Huahe Geological Prospecting Company.The author’s research on human resources planning for the development needs of Huahe Geological Prospecting Company is of reference significance,which can help similar geological prospecting enterprises find effective methods to optimize human resources.
