Research On Multi Subject Organization Collaborative Management Of Prefabricated Construction Industry Chain

The prefabricated building is the carrier of construction industrialization,and it is also the development direction of the transformation and upgrading of China’s construction industry.However,its organizational structure is complex,involving many subjects,and the influencing factors are complex.The efficiency of organizational synergy needs to be strengthened.The level of collaborative management is of great significance to the development of prefabricated buildings.By studying related theories and reading references,the dynamic mechanism of the prefabricated building organization collaborative management is expounded,and the main body of the prefabricated building industry chain is defined.According to the TOE framework model and literature screening,the factors affecting the collaborative management of the multi-subject organization of prefabricated buildings are divided into six dimensions: technology,environment,policy,information,resources,and management.Based on the enterprise strategy theory "external environment-behaviorperformance",11 hypotheses are put forward,a theoretical model of organizational collaborative management is constructed,and the form of questionnaire survey is used,combined with the theoretical model and the AMOS software,the model is fitted and revised until the optimal model is obtained.The effect analysis provides corresponding suggestions for different dimensions.The research results of the collaborative management of multi-subject organizations in the prefabricated building industry chain show that: first,six dimensions have a positive impact on organizational synergy;second,among the four dimensions of the external environment,the information dimension has the greatest impact,followed by the environment and resources.,among which the policy dimension has the least impact.At this stage,the development of prefabricated buildings is in the initial stage,and most subjects in the industrial chain have low participation enthusiasm and are in a situation of "external heat and internal cold";third,in the two dimensions of behavior,the impact of technical synergy is greater than management collaboration,indicating that at this stage,technology coordination should drive management coordination to promote the coordinated development of multiple subject organizations in the prefabricated building industry chain.Based on the idea of asking questions-analysing problems-solving problems,this research enriches the application of collaborative management in organizational management theory by building a multi-subject organizational collaborative management model in the prefabricated building industry chain,and provides a new direction for improving the organizational development of prefabricated buildings,to promote the coordinated development of prefabricated building organizations.Figures: 11;Tables: 28;References: 64...
