Research On The Space Renewal Strategy Of Old Primary And Secondary School Campuses Under Demand Orientatio

With the progress of urbanization and the enrollment of more and more primary and secondary school students,there is increasingly scarce land for the construction and development of old primary and secondary schools.Under the guidance of the concept of student-centered education,various sectors of society have put forward higher requirements for the teaching quality of compulsory education,and old schools are in strained circumstances.The demand determines the design strategy,and the focus of campus space design varies in different historical backgrounds and educational concepts.Guided by the actual needs of children in teaching,this thesis adopts the methods like data visualization analysis,field research,and case analysis,summarizes the actual renewal needs of old schools,and puts forward corresponding space renewal strategies,aiming to contribute to the spatial renewal of the old primary and secondary school campus,and better realize education fairness.This thesis includes research on the key points of campus renewal,analysis of the renewal needs of old primary and secondary schools,research on the renewal strategies of old campus spaces,and the application and reflection of strategies in design practice.The thesis clarifies the development context through Citespace data visualization analysis,grasps the key points of campus space renewal based on the case analysis at the corresponding stage,sorts out the development trend of campus space renewal,and summarizes the actual demand for renewal by combining field research on old primary and secondary schools.Given the above research and case analysis,the thesis puts forward specific renewal strategies and explores the functional streamline of old and new schools,the relationship between new and old spaces,and the optimization details of spatial renewals,so as to create a safe,comfortable,lively,and interesting shared space to adapt to the new development needs of the campus.Finally,through the design practice of three campus space renewals,the renewal strategy summarized in this thesis is applied to specific problems in different projects,and reflection is conducted based on actual feedback,thereby providing useful references for subsequent campus renewal practices.
