Research On The Control Of Micro-renewal Of Streets And Lanes In Historical Urban Areas Based On Scenario Theor

With the continuous relocation of labor-intensive industries,some cities in China are about to or have already entered the threshold of the post industrial era,with a greater emphasis on life and consumption attributes in terms of functionality.The traditional land increment model is no longer in line with the current characteristics of the times,and the development of some emerging functions and business types no longer strictly follows the context of relevant planning.The connection between traditional urban construction activities guided by material environment optimization and the growth of district vitality is gradually weakening.Most public management departments in post industrial countries simplify the formulation of planning,delegate more rights to the owners of various property rights plots,and develop small-scale,progressive,sustainable,and multi-party micro renewal guidance.Currently,relevant research in China is gradually shifting its focus to such fields.Domestic cities also need a "bottom-up" urban micro renewal model that respects market orientation and human needs,guides the orderly replacement of functions,formats,and related supporting facilities,and explores a new path for the iteration of urban material environment.Scene theory has been committed to answering the above questions since its inception.Its research elements have high adaptability in historical urban areas and are closely related to existing urban design guidance theories in terms of research elements,strategy organization,and core goals.The triple orientation of function,culture,and society advocated by scenario theory is in line with the development positioning of historical urban streets and alleys in most cities,and its coverage of the "comfort object" model,cultural driven model,and humanistic demand model is in line with the goal of micro renewal in this type of city.In addition,there is a close connection between scene theory and some other guiding theories for urban renewal,as well as the spontaneous construction of urban scenes and the "bottom-up" process in urban renewal.It advocates for a new method path,which can provide a new perspective for urban micro renewal.Combining scenario theory with the spatial reality of historical urban streets and alleys in China and guiding the implementation of micro updates is a groundbreaking and innovative exploration.Based on the representation of spatial material environment under the scenario theory,this article explores the potential for updating the streets and alleys in historical urban areas from three aspects: function,culture,and society.In terms of content,service-oriented functions,commercial formats,material and non-material historical relics,and crowd preference characteristics are selected as the scene representation elements of the streets and alleys in historical urban areas.Based on the analysis of the above representation elements,dynamic management,inclusiveness,and openness are proposed,the principle of orderly renewal of the streets and alleys in historical urban areas.Based on the characteristics of the commercial port area scene,three representative street and lane space usage scenarios are extracted,and the main sequences with potential for improvement are extracted,forming guidance for the integration of functions,business format replacement,street and lane space sequence extension,street and lane interface modification,street and lane facility co construction,and activity nodes,and presented in the form of relevant diagrams.In the process of deducing the update method,Jinan Commercial Port Area,a typical historical urban area,was selected as a representative case for various stages of testing.The research ultimately formed a scene composition exploration method with the relevant representation of the concept of "scene" as the analysis element,and the steps of "extraction","analysis",and "construction" to extract the micro update potential nodes of the street and alley space in the historical urban area,Establish a relatively complete development path for micro update guidance.Urban renewal,as a sustainable link in urban development,is expected to play a guiding role in more urban spatial types through scenario theory.
