Study On Protection And Renewal Strategy Of Jinan Commercial Port Area

Jinan is one of the second batch of famous historical and cultural cities published by the state.As one of the first batch of "self-opening commercial ports" in the late qing dynasty,the commercial port area bears the century-old history of jinan's urban development and records the beginning and end of jinan's modern economic changes.However,with the development of economy and the transformation of social structure,the commercial port is on the edge of decline,with the decline of economic vitality,backward infrastructure and other problems seriously affecting the overall appearance of the commercial port.Therefore,it is urgent to protect and update the commercial port through appropriate measures and strategies.This paper chooses jinan commercial port as the research object to explore the protection and renewal of commercial historic blocks from the perspective of commercial revival.By sorting out the development context and historical value of the commercial port,the advantages of historical and cultural resources and its commercial characteristics different from other historical blocks are summarized.Through field investigation and comparative analysis,the problems faced by the current situation of commercial port were summarized,and the root causes of problems and contradictions were explored,so as to make protection and renewal strategies more targeted and effective.This paper summarizes the development trend and applicability of the theory of protection and renewal of historic districts at home and abroad,and analyzes the practical cases of protection and renewal of similar commercial historic districts,so as to provide theoretical basis and practical basis for the study of protection and renewal strategy of commercial districts.The conclusions and results of the above research object analysis,theoretical foundation construction and renewal strategy research were applied to the protection and renewal strategy research of jinan commercial port,and the principles and methods of protection and renewal were proposed from the aspects of regional development,urban design,street style protection,and architectural heritage resource activation.From the angle of reviving commerce,the author puts forward some effective and practical plans and measures for the protection and renewal of commercial port.While continuing the historical context of the commercial port and exploring its historical value,it will be integrated into the urban development of jinan to realize the harmonious coexistence of architectural heritage and economic development.This paper aims to protect the historical and cultural heritage of the commercial port,restore its former commercial vitality,and build it into a commercial historical district with jinan characteristics.
