Construction And Application Of Emergency Evacution Model Of University Teaching Building In Emergency Scenario

In recent years,with the continuous growth of the number of personnel in colleges and universities,the carrying capacity and utilization rate of campus buildings also increase,and the high frequency of use brings about a greater incidence of accidents.Once an emergency occurs,it may cause a great threat to the life and safety of personnel,and appropriate emergency evacuation measures and path planning can effectively reduce the loss of life and property.In order to strengthen the teaching building safety management level,improve emergency evacuation ability.This article uses the empirical simulation combined with field survey research methods,on the basis of social force model,considering the pedestrian characteristics and the characteristics of college teaching building structure,in terms of pedestrian feature,in small groups with the phenomenon of evacuation model build,in addition to the introduction of queuing theory and user equilibrium theory to complete the construction of college teaching building emergency evacuation model.Taking no.2 Teaching Building of Xipu Campus of Southwest Jiaotong University as the object,the simulation verification of the constructed emergency evacuation model was carried out to realize the dynamic visualization of evacuation process and obtain the corresponding data.The results show that:First,it determines the difference in the distribution of pre-action time of natural disaster,accident disaster,social security event and three kinds of emergency events that need to be evacuated within the teaching building scope.Second,herd behavior may occur in emergency situations,that is,small groups are formed to evacuate together in the process of emergency evacuation,which will lead to the decrease of evacuation efficiency.It is suggested that campus safety management departments should pay attention to strengthen guidance in emergency evacuation.Thirdly,when the number of students in no.2 Teaching Building of Xipu Campus of Southwest Jiaotong University is less than 5584,evacuation can be completed within 356 s,which can provide reference for the number of students in the curriculum arrangement of this teaching building and remind the teaching administration department to control the number of students in the teaching building under a certain level.Fourthly,the emergency evacuation action plan of no.2 Teaching building in Xipu Campus of Southwest Jiaotong University is given,which can provide decision-making consultation for the daily evacuation drill of the teaching building.
