Study On Land Use Efficiency Around High-speed Rail Hub Station In TOD Mode

Nowadays,China’s current urbanization process is accelerating rapidly,and the following problems include shortage of land resources,continuous deterioration of the natural environment,energy crisis and so on.One of the characteristics of TOD development mode is its high intensity and high efficiency of land development,which can make full use of land resources.There are still many problems in the development of high-speed railway hub sites in China,such as land use efficiency.Therefore,this paper studies the development of high-speed rail hub sites in TOD mode to achieve efficient land use,so as to alleviate the shortage of land resources.This paper first introduces the TOD model and the domestic and foreign research status of land use of high-speed rail hub sites,defines the scope of the surrounding areas of high-speed rail hub sites,and analyzes the impact of high-speed rail hub sites on the surrounding land use.Secondly,eight evaluation indexes were selected from the three aspects of land use degree,service level and economic benefit.To establish the evaluation index system of land use efficiency;The method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation based on fuzzy mathematics,the method of fuzzy analytic hierarchy process(ahp)and the method of expert scoring are combined to make the comprehensive evaluation.The optimization model of land use efficiency around the high-speed railway hub station in TOD mode was established with various land plot ratios as decision variables,and the multi-objective optimization model was established with the objective function of maximizing the value added benefit of land,good service level environment and maximizing the benefit of passenger flow.Finally,the Xian yang high-speed railway hub station was selected for a case study,the land use around the Xian yang high-speed railway hub station was evaluated,and data were obtained through Google Earth,Auto CAD software and field survey.MATLAB was used for optimization,the results were compared with the actual data,and finally the corresponding improvement Suggestions were put forward,so as to make the land resources around Xian yang high-speed railway hub station be used reasonably and effectively to the greatest extent.
