| Under the "made in China 2025" program of action,we will adhere to the talent construction as the foundation of a strong manufacturing country,with the goal of training high-quality workers and skilled talents."Integration of theory and practice" teaching meets the essential needs of secondary vocational education,and has been in the top-level design of our country.However,at present,the teaching of "integration of theory and practice" in secondary vocational school has not achieved the expected effect.The fundamental problem is that the students in secondary vocational school are not active in learning theory in the process of "integration of theory and practice".In view of this situation,this study proposes to integrate the multi-dimensional incentive method into the "integration of theory and practice" teaching mode of secondary vocational school,aiming to improve the theoretical learning interest,learning self-confidence and learning achievement sense of secondary vocational school students in the process of "integration of theory and practice" learning,and then effectively promote the "two-way" construction of secondary vocational school students.In this study,literature research,questionnaire survey,interview survey and Delphi method are used to analyze and study.First,on the basis of literature review at home and abroad,this paper analyzes the current situation and shortcomings of "integration of theory and practice" research at home and abroad.Secondly,through the investigation of many secondary vocational schools,we found the problems in the implementation of the "integration of theory and practice" teaching and analyzed the reasons.Thirdly,in strict accordance with the construction ideas and steps of the teaching mode,taking the "two-way construction of theory and practice" as the final teaching goal,this paper comprehensively analyzes the four elements of the teaching mode of "theoretical basis,teaching goal,operation procedure,and realization conditions",and then initially constructs the "integration of theory and practice" teaching mode of secondary vocational school integrating multi-dimensional incentive methods.“Three stages”:(1)The stage of perception of truth and reality based on competition incentive;(2)The stage of integration of truth and reality based on confidence incentive;(3)The stage of extension of truth and truth based on achievement incentive."Six links" :(1)Preview link of "self perception";(2)Guidance link of "interaction between theory and practice";(3)Preliminary link of "mutual interpretation of theory and practice";(4)Re-exploration link of "mutual proof of theory and practice";(5)Evaluation link of "mutual integration of theory and Practice";(6)Adaptation link of "expansion of theory and practice".The whole teaching process is integrated with three incentive methods: competition incentive,confidence incentive and achievement incentive,including self-Media operation,self-made teaching video,"sub step" teaching,moso teaching,"bingo card" teaching,etc.Fourthly,Delphi method is used to consult with many experts in vocational education,educational psychology and other fields,so as to determine the teaching mode of this study.Fifthly,according to the final multi-dimensional incentive method into the secondary vocational "integration of theory and practice" teaching mode,taking the secondary vocational "new energy vehicle structure and maintenance" course as an example,to show the application of this research teaching mode.Finally,the paper summarizes the construction of the teaching mode of this study,and puts forward the deficiencies and the direction of future exploration. |
