With the rapid and steady development of China’s information technology industry,the demand for high-quality workers in various industries is increasing.Vocational and technical education is not only the cradle of high-quality workers,but also the lifeblood of the country’s overall great rejuvenation.It shoulders the arduous task of providing high-quality technical talents for the country.With the advent of the information age,new educational models and ideas have become an important driving force for the development of vocational education.As a large processing and manufacturing country,improving the educational level of machinery related majors in secondary vocational schools is an important link in vigorously developing vocational education.The course "Fundamentals of machinery" is a compulsory course for mechanical majors.It is of great significance to learn this course well.This study consists of four parts.The first part is the introduction,which makes an overall analysis of the current research status and use of micro video,and defines the theoretical basis and related concepts of this study.The second part investigates the current use of micro video in the course of "Fundamentals of machinery" in Q School of secondary vocational and technical college,and discusses the problems found in the investigation,the analysis of influencing factors and optimization strategies.The third part is the relevant content of the teaching design of this study,which explores the combination of micro video and traditional classroom,that is,the teaching mode of flipped classroom is used before class,combined with problem-based teaching method to build a knowledge system to guide students’ pre learning,micro video is used to assist students to understand complex knowledge in the course,and the teaching mode of flipped classroom is used to summarize,review and explain exercises after class,Strive to solve the relevant problems existing in the traditional curriculum of "Fundamentals of machinery" in secondary vocational schools.,Through the real classroom cases and the overall feedback of students,adjust the application mode of micro video,and analyze the practical effect of micro video in the course of mechanical foundation in secondary vocational school.The fourth part is the research conclusion of this study.Through the experimental results,it is demonstrated that micro video has a certain educational significance and use value for the application in the course of "Fundamentals of machinery" in secondary vocational schools,which can improve the teaching process,assist students to understand knowledge,master skills,effectively improve students’ learning efficiency and classroom progress,and improve students’ initiative in learning.
