Abstract/Summary:
In recent years, the state attaches great importance to the work of vocational skills competitions, constantly promotes the construction of the competition system and improves the competition incentive system. As a stage for vocational college students to show their skills, skill competition is an important measure to promote the high-quality development of vocational college talents, and it is also a strategic measure to promote the modernization of vocational education. In order to promote the skills competition and curriculum teaching to educate people together, help improve the ability of students in secondary vocational schools to apply what they have learned and promote their studies, and cultivate the craftsman spirit of students, this study takes the course of Architectural Engineering Survey as an example to optimize the design of curriculum teaching in secondary vocational schools from the perspective of class competition integration. On the basis of reading literature and consulting relevant materials, this study investigates the teaching status of the course of Architectural Engineering Survey in secondary vocational schools by means of questionnaires and interviews. The investigation shows that the current survey course has students’ low enthusiasm and lack of internal driving force; There is a big gap between students’ practical ability level and skill competition ability requirements; The course teaching process is separated from the competition preparation process; The teaching content of the course is not fit enough with the assessment content of the skill competition; The teaching evaluation mode of the course is not closely related to the evaluation mode of the skill competition, which makes it clear that it is necessary and feasible to implement the integration teaching of the measurement course.Based on this, under the guidance of constructivist learning theory,"learning by doing" teaching theory, situational learning theory and activity theory, following the principles of student-centered,integration of theory and practice, cooperation and competition, and on the basis of fully analyzing the teaching materials and students’ learning situation, this paper constructs the teaching design of "Architectural Engineering Survey" course in secondary vocational schools through five links: course competition concept integration, course competition goal integration, course competition content integration, course competition process integration and course competition evaluation integration. Finally, the action research method is adopted to carry out the teaching practice of "Architectural Engineering Survey" course.By comparing the pre-and post-test results of parallel classes and analyzing the practical effect with the student satisfaction questionnaire,it is found that the teaching of "Competition Integration" has promoted the initiative and enthusiasm of the students in the experimental class, and compared with the students in the control class, the theoretical knowledge, professional skills, personal literacy and professional literacy of the students in the experimental class have been significantly improved. Therefore, this study draws the following conclusions: it is feasible and necessary to integrate the teaching of courses and competitions in secondary vocational schools, and the teaching of courses and competitions can significantly improve the quality of courses and help promote the two-way education of professional courses and skill competitions.
