In January 2019,The State Council issued"National vocational education reform implementation Plan"(Educational and professional authorities[2019]No.11)proposed that"to further improve the professional standards of vocational education and teaching,subject setting and industry requirements,teaching content and professional standards,educational activities and enterprise actual work flow connection,Actively promote and implement the integration of industry and education,school-enterprise cooperation,actively carry out the research on the connection between academic certificates and relevant vocational skill level certificates,and strengthen the construction of students’employment and entrepreneurship ability"[1].In September 2020,the Ministry of Education and nine other departments issued the Action Plan for Improving the Quality and Training of Vocational Education(2020-2023)(No.7 of Educational and professional authorities[2020]),which proposed to"carry out the reform of"three education"in vocational education in a planned way,improve the quality of teachers"double professional",strengthen the construction of vocational education textbooks,and improve the quality of vocational education majors and courses"[2].In order to solve the problems of separation between the teaching process of secondary vocational education and the working process of enterprises,and the separation of textual research and curriculum,combined with the research on the reform trend of vocational education,this research is divided into the following six parts:In the first part,the significance of this study is proposed from the perspective of the country’s vigorous development of vocational education,talent shortage in the rail transit industry and the practical needs of the reform of"three education"in vocational education.The second part,by combing domestic and foreign literature,summarizes the concept connotation and working steps of"post course competition certificate"and"working process"at home and abroad,providing strong theoretical support for the follow-up curriculum development and implementation.The third part is the investigation and analysis of the current situation of Urban rail Transit Ticket Management in secondary vocational school.Through the investigation of enterprises,secondary vocational teachers and students,we understand the typical job tasks of enterprises and the required job vocational ability,the current teaching difficulties of secondary vocational courses and the learning situation of students.Through questionnaire analysis,the reasons for the development and practice of the course"Urban rail Transit Ticketing Management"based on the working process from the perspective of"post course competition Certificate"are summarized.The fourth part is the course development of Urban Rail Transit Ticket Management based on the working process from the perspective of"Post Course Competition Certificate".The first is to determine the content of the course from the"Post course Competition Certificate".Secondly,to carry out the specific development of the course,according to the systematic course model of the working process as the theoretical guidance to integrate the"post course competition certificate"into the specific course development.Thirdly,the bearer of the course content is selected as the working binder,which is developed by modules.Finally,the course assessment scheme is designed.The design of the assessment program strictly implements the principle of authenticity,multi-level and multi-subjectivity.The fifth part is teaching practice based on work process from the perspective of"Post course Competition Certificate".The reasonableness of curriculum design needs to be tested by classroom practice.Based on the task of urban rail transit attendants(station clerk,driving duty attendant),this study introduces the certificate standard into the course content,and reconstructs and optimizes the teaching design.After the design is completed,two classes with no obvious difference are selected for teaching based on work process and traditional teaching respectively under the perspective of"post class competition certificate".After the implementation,through a questionnaire survey,the experimental class before and after test,the experimental class and the control class after test comparative analysis,and through SPSS independent sample T test to obtain the relevant data,it is concluded that the experimental class is better than the control class teaching effect,verifying the effectiveness of the course development.The sixth part is summary and prospect.Through investigation and analysis,we find out the ideas of curriculum development and implementation.According to the research ideas,the course development of integrating"post course competition Certificate"into the working process is realized.After the course development,through the experimental research of the two classes,the experimental class is better than the control class in learning attitude,knowledge level and other aspects,which proves the effectiveness of the course development.After a round of curriculum development and implementation,it is found that there is still room for further exploration in this study,but limited by time conditions,etc.It is proposed that this study can further deepen the school-enterprise"Post course competition certificate"and integrate the co-education of rail transit talents,and build"double-qualified"teachers around the comprehensive education of"post course Competition Certificate".
