The reducer is the transmission device of the servo system of the aerospace vehicle steering gear,which has the function of controlling the flight attitude and direction of the aircraft.The performance of the reducer directly affects the reliability of the aircraft.Therefore,the detection of various performance indicators of the reducer has become an issue of great concern to designers.In this paper,a reducer used in a certain spacecraft is used as a transmission device,and a load test device for the reducer is designed to detect various performance indicators of the reducer.This article first introduces the research and development background and development status of the reducer test device,combined with the characteristic parameters of the tested reducer and the design index of the test device,and determines the open structure design of the test device.In order to meet the structural versatility,give There are 3 ways to install the reducer with different structures.Finally,the key design part of the test device is calculated and the formula is derived.Considering the stability of the test device,the finite element analysis of the test device was carried out,and its natural frequency and vibration shape were calculated.According to the simulation results,the vibration reduction scheme was determined.Through the principle analysis of the shock absorber and the calculation of related parameters,the power was finally designed.Vibration absorber to reduce the vibration of the test device.Theoretical research on the parameters of transmission efficiency,vibration,temperature rise and noise waiting to be measured,hardware facilities such as industrial computer,various sensors and data acquisition cards were selected.The LabVIEW virtual software development platform is used to program the measurement and control system of the test device,and a human-computer interaction interface is designed to realize the functions of measuring the input and output speed and torque of the reducer;temperature rise;noise and vibration parameters.
