Double crank four ring-plate-type cycloid reducer is a new-type reducer. After analyzing the merits and the shortcomings of involute-gear ring-plate drive and traditional cycloid drive each, we proposed the double crank four ring-plate-type cycloid drive, which reserve the merits of the involute-gear three-ring-plate drive, such as omitting output system so we can receive good rigidity of output shaft and transmitting more torque. And the new type drive also reserve the merits of the traditional cycloid drive, such as more meshing teeth, the small angle between radial force and tangential force, hard surface of cycloid gear and pin-tooth. Beside, this new type drive overcoming the shortcomings of the ring-plate drives. Therefore, successful development of double crank ring-plate-type pin-cycloidal gear planetary drive will provide a new-type pin-cycloidal gear planetary that has practical value for China's economy industrial development, which possess the merits of small volume, light weight, wide range of transmission ratio, high efficiency, uniform operating, well knit-structure, high load-capacity. As other machinery equipment, double crank ring-plate-type pin-cycloidal gear planetary reducer also has the problem of noise and vibration.Machinery vibration and noise not only harm to machinery, influence its mechanical property and service life, but also to human body. Vibration and noise acted on human body will cause damage both in physiology and psychology and bring pressure sense and exhausted sense to human body, even cause damage nerve and hearing that can not redeem, reduce working efficiency. Therefore, it is necessary to research and control vibration and noise of double crank ring-plate-type pin-cycloid gear planetary reducer.Modal analysis of cycloid, ring-plate, involute spur gear, box based on ANSYS software, and then to figure out their natural-frequencies and vibration-types. It provides reliable a theoretical basis for reduce vibration and noise.We test the vibration and noise of double crank four ring-plate-type cycloid reducer linked by three gears at different location and work condition. Analysis and processing related data based on Artemis software, so we can know the distribution of vibration and noise, and then proposed the improvement measures which can reduce the noise 5~6dB(A).
