With the growing development trend of industrial robot,the shortcomings of high-performance AC servo motor and precision reducer are increasingly exposed.Based on the technical problem existed in the detection of precision reducer in our country,this paper studies on the three-ring internal parallel moving gear reducer.It sets up a static stiffness test-bed and a dynamic mechanical performance test-bed,calibrates accuracy error of these test-beds,formulates reducer's testing standard,and tests and analyses of the rigidity,transmission error and mechanical efficiency of the reducer.To test on the mechanical performance of the reducer,it provides design basis for the development of the reducer and evaluates its performance through specific experimental data.This paper firstly introduces the working principle and experimental content of the three-ring internal parallel moving gear reducer.Combining with the mechanical structure of the static stiffness test-bed and dynamic mechanical performance test-bed,it chooses NI data acquisition card,high-precision motion,and high precision sensors to set up the hardware platform for testing system on the basis of analyzing the method of performance test for reducer.To design the software of the test-bed' s measurement and control system by Lab VIEW,it includes the data acquisition module,data processing module,data record module,report generation module and motor control module.In this paper,the dynamic and static performance of the testing reducer are studied and analyzed on the completed test-beds,and the control system and mechanical structure of the test bed are optimized.It focuses on the experimental study and analysis of the three-ring internal parallel moving gear reducer's stiffness performance,not only optimizes the structure of the static stiffness test-bed,but also improves the software and hardware of the testing system with eliminating all kinds of errors and improving the accuracy of the system.After a series of experiments on the mechanical properties of the reducer,and a series of studies and analysis on the experimental data,the conclusion of the reliability of the three-ring internal parallel moving gear reducer is obtained by test-beds.This played a guiding role in the design and production of the reducer.
