Sighting device,as the key part of rocket armament in hitting target,will affect the accuracy and reliability of the hitting directly,so it is necessary to do some related research on the main drive device(reducer).Sighting device includes both elevating mechanism and traversing mechanism,but this topic will focus on the elevating mechanism reducer of arc and gear type,and design a universal and comprehensive dynamic performance test rig.This thesis mainly studies the measurement and control system of the test rig.Firstly,this paper describes the current situation of the development of the gear test rig and its measurement and control system both at home and abroad,and studies the three kinds of structure forms of the traditional gear transmission system.Given the particularity of the elevating mechanism,the structure form of power-flow-open was selected to complete the overall design of the rig,then we made the scheme of the measurement and control system.Secondly,the mechanism and measuring principle of the elevating mechanism reducer about transmission efficiency,vibration,noise and temperature were studied theoretically.The simulation of its vibration and noise characteristics was carried out by using the software ADAMS and Virtual Lab to confirm their amplitude range and master the space distribution.After all of these,the work of hardware match was completed,and the communication methods were selected,then the controller circuit was designed.Furthermore,we studied the relevant theoretical knowledge of the signal acquisition and data processing and the related technologies with the above scheme,such as inverter control,dynamic link libraries and serial communication.The software with a friendly interface and powerful features for the measurement and control system was developed in Lab VIEW.Finally,the self-compiled software for the measurement and control system was tested,and the realization of the function in all the test items was analyzed.Results show that the test rig can accomplish the transmission efficiency test,vibration and noise test,temperature-rise test,start torque and load capacity test theoretically,and its effectiveness of the test rig and its measurement and control system for us to analyze the dynamic performance of elevating mechanism was verified.It achieves the expected goal.
