| Wind power,as a new national strategic industry,is developing rapidly.The fiercely competitive equipment manufacturing and large-scale installations have brought huge demand for aftermarket service.The wind power manufacturing supply chain is gradually transformed to the aftermarket service supply chain.However,there are many pain points in the aftermarket service supply chain,such as imperfect trust,low cooperation willingness of most wind power companies and low-quality services,which hinder the sustainable development of the supply chain.Blockchain,as an emerging technology,provides a good environment for supply chain decentralization,data secure and trust.Therefore,combining the essence of blockchain and based on the dynamic changes of service quality,this thesis adopts differential game theory to study the changes of supply chain members’ decision-making behaviors before and after the implementation of blockchain and study the application decision condition of blockchain.Firstly,the thesis analyzes the current status of wind power aftermarket services and the structure of supply chain,and discusses the corresponding nature between block chain and the existing pain points of supply chain,and then analyzes the operation process of supply chain based on blockchain in order to get the drivers and barriers of blockchain.Secondly,the thesis quantifies the above factors and respectively establishes the differential game model under traditional situation and implementing blockchain situation,considering dynamic changes of service quality.The model is used to study the optimal service pricing,service quality,research investment,profit in decentralized and centralized decision-making and compare the decisionmaking behaviors of the supply chain in different game situations under the two scenarios from the qualitative and quantitative perspectives.Finally,the thesis discusses the blockchain application decisions under different value goals of the supply chain in the decentralized decision-making situation and the centralized decision-making situation respectively,and obtains six decisive conditions for implementing blockchain in different situations.The results show that:(1)In the traditional situation,the collaborative cooperation is not always suitable for the development of supply chain,which is related to the price addition coefficient,cooperation cost and demand weakening factor,However,if the supply chain meets the conditions for applying blockchain,collaboration is the only best choice.And after the application of blockchain,the service quality and demand have been greatly improved.(2)There exist huge differences in the influence degree of the same factors on optimal decisions in different game situations under different Scenario.(3)From the perspective of service quality goals and demand goals,when the value-added,demand changes and effort changes brought by the blockchain meet a certain value,members of the supply chain can choose to apply the blockchain.And the decision-making conditions of applying the blockchain are quite different in different game situations. |
