| The construction supply chain is the core artery of China ’s pillar industry construction industry.It involves all links from raw materials to final products,so the construction industry is very dependent on its supply chain.The payment link of the construction supply chain is affected by factors such as the long settlement cycle and the complexity of the construction supply chain.Delayed payment and partial non-payment are quite common.It is more difficult for government departments to supervise.These low payment efficiency has caused a significant increase in financing costs,thereby increasing the total cost of the construction supply chain.Blockchain is an emerging technology with the characteristics of traceability and non-tampering.Its important application Smart contract is an event-driven,stateful coding contract and algorithm contract that can automatically implement the construction supply chain payment supervision and ensure the traceability of the construction supply chain and the authenticity of the information involved.Therefore,this thesis studies the payment supervision ofconstruction supply chain.Firstly,this study reshapes the payment supervision mode of construction supply chain under the background of blockchain,and establishes the life cycle of intelligent contract for payment supervision of construction supply chain.Then,a mathematical model of intelligent contract for payment supervision of construction supply chain based on evolutionary game is designed.According to the model solution and simulation results,in order to improve the effectiveness of government departments ’ supervision of social capital in the payment link of construction supply chain projects,protect the interests of the public,and promote the smooth progress of construction supply chain payment,relevant countermeasures and suggestions are given.Finally,according to the above suggestions,the Solidity language is used to develop,deploy and implement the construction supply chain payment supervision smart contract.The specific work is as follows :(1)This thesis analyzes the problems existing in the payment of traditional construction supply chain,and proposes to replace the traditional contract with intelligent contract.Under the background of blockchain,the payment supervision mode of construction supply chain is r eshaped with intelligent contract technology.According to the different contents of the smart contract,the life cycle of the construction supply chain payment supervision contract is create d : generation,release,execution and end.(2)an intelligent contract model of payment supervision in construction supply chain ba sed on evolutionary game is constructed.The participants are government regulatory authoriti es and social capital.According to the evolution process of the game system,the influencing f actors of government active supervision and social capital timely performance are analyzed.(3)The solution and simulation results of the intelligent contract model of construction supply chain payment supervision based on evolutionary game are analyzed.The results show that the intelligent contract of construction supply chain payment supervision can help the su pervision department to better formulate a reasonable supervision system,such as increasing punishment and using advanced supervision methods.(4)Write the regulatory recommendations proposed by the game model solution and si mulation results into the smart contract,and then use the Solidity language to compile,deplo y,and implement the construction supply chain payment supervision smart contract in the Re mix compilation environment. |
