The healthy development of the construction industry has a positive impact on the steady growth of the national economy.However,China’s construction enterprises have been faced with financing problems for a long time,which has limited the development of China’s construction enterprises.How to solve the financing problems of construction enterprises has a far-reaching positive impact on the long-term stable development of the construction industry.Therefore,the main purpose of this paper is to propose effective solutions to the financing problems of construction enterprises,innovate the financing mode of construction enterprises and reduce their financing costs.This paper with high credibility and strength of the owner,involving the construction engineering project,based on block chain of building supply chain financing model,using the property of good credit,help the contractor,the sub-contractor within the supply chain access to bank loans,decrease the cost of construction enterprise financing at the same time also reduce the construction cost of the owner side,effective solution to the construction enterprise financing difficult problem.First of all,through the summary and analysis of relevant literature research results,we can understand the application of blockchain in the financial industry,especially in the credit field,and the related research on the application mode of construction supply chain finance,so as to provide reference for the construction supply chain financing mode based on blockchain in this paper.After through the financing status quo of construction supply chain and supply chain financing model analysis,choose the order of financing as building supply chain financing mode,and the block chain technology in the construction supply chain financing,reduce the risk of supply chain finance and increase the core enterprise of credit through,to reduce the financing cost analysis is made on the advantages of the application of the three,the applicability of clear block chain technology.On this basis,the block chain financing platform for the overall design and function analysis,will block the function of the chain financing platform is divided into system management,credit management,contract management and information management four modules,and main business process analysis of the financing platform,basically completed based on block construction of the chain of building supply chain financing platform.Finally,through the game analysis of the effectiveness of the construction supply chain financing model based on the block chain,first of all,using the cooperative game and block chain financing mode of the traditional financing model between the bank and the subcontractor behavior selection were analyzed,and the results show that the block chain subcontractors access to bank financing mode of financing,solving the financing problem the construction enterprise;The cooperative game is used to calculate the profit distribution among the participants.The calculation results prove the stability of the cooperative alliance and the enthusiasm of the participants under the blockchain financing mode,and further illustrate the effectiveness of the construction supply chain financing mode based on the blockchain and the feasibility of its implementation in the future.This paper introduces the block chain technology into the construction industry,studies the construction supply chain financing model based on block chain,builds a block chain financing platform,and verifies the effectiveness and feasibility of this financing model through game analysis,thus providing a new financing approach for construction enterprises.
