| At present, the design object of moxibustion focuses on objects, but the whole moxibustion system is an important factor affecting the moxibustion experience. The service design has overall and systematic characteristics. This paper mainly uses the service design concept to guide the design practice of moxibustion apparatus. The service design system is complex and has many elements. This paper takes the user needs in the influence elements, introduces the hierarchical analysis method(AHP)into the service design process, and summarizes the service design process model based on the hierarchical analysis method, which is the theoretical basis. The design strategy was constructed by issuing questionnaires and interview methods, mining user needs, using KJ method, and using hierarchical analysis method to sort user needs.Take electronic moxibustion apparatus as an example for design practice,by quantifying the importance of each demand factors,to improve the subjective and one-sided problems of designers in the user demand extraction, improve the design efficiency and ensure the design quality, and at the same time, the use of service design concept also provides a new idea for the design of household moxibustion apparatus. The paper mainly includes three parts: the first chapter summarizes the theoretical basis and service design theory and hierarchical analysis, summarizes the hierarchical analysis-based service design process. The third, fourth and five chapters are the design practice stage.Under the guidance of the service design concept, the hardware and software of the electronic moxibustion apparatus were innovatively designed to complete the design practice.Due to the large and complex moxibustion service system, this paper focuses more on user needs, the needs of other stakeholders weaken, and requires more comprehensive consideration of the relationship between various factors;while hierarchical analysis and expert assignment have subjective limitations, and objective evaluation system or verification methods to guide moxibustion apparatus design with more perfect theory. |
