With the increasing awareness of human health care,moxibustion,as a typical natural therapy with significant curative effects,has the effects of warming the meridians and dispelling cold,promoting blood circulation,promoting qi and dispelling stagnation,which has been recognized by more and more people.However,moxibustion Devices generally have problems such as low automation,inconvenient manual operation,large-scale,inability to automatically clean dust,and high cost.Therefore,this article mainly designs a moxibustion device that can automatically clean dust based on skin temperature regulation at moxibustion points.The main research contents are as follows:1.Research on the status quo of moxibustion devices.Understand the research results of domestic and foreign scholars in the field of moxibustion device design.In view of the current status of moxibustion devices,the goals of this design were formulated: moxibustion of human acupoints alone,accurate temperature control,lightweight and automatic dust removal.2.The overall mechanical structure design of the moxibustion device.According to the design goals,design the overall plan of the moxibustion device,and carry out the engineering design,including cleaning,collecting,pushing,rotating joints and positioning support structure.Furthermore,the statics analysis of the moxibustion support seat,the upper shell for cleaning dust,the connecting block of moxa strips and the multi-joint adjustment bracket are carried out to ensure that the strength and rigidity of the moxibustion device can meet the requirements of use.In order to achieve the goal of lightweight,the moxibustion support seat,the key component of the moxibustion device,was optimized.The experimental points of the design variables were selected using the Optimal Space-Filling Design(OSF)method,and the radial basis neural network proxy model was established.And tested the accuracy of the model,using the multi-island genetic algorithm to obtain the Pareto optimal solution set,from which the optimal structure size value was obtained.3.Control system design of moxibustion device.In order to improve the automation of moxibustion,the overall plan of the moxibustion device control system is designed,including:main control module,infrared temperature detection module,OLED display module,push module,laser detection module,USART serial communication module,ash collection module,and cleaning module.Gray module,USB storage module and alarm module.The software system of the moxibustion device was designed,including the overall program,temperature detection module,stepper motor drive module(push)and OLED display module.In order to improve the accuracy of moxibustion temperature control,a self-tuning fuzzy PID control algorithm for moxibustion point skin temperature is adopted and written into the STM32F103 microcontroller.4.Experimental verification.A functional verification prototype of the moxibustion device was prepared at a low cost to verify the key functions of the moxibustion device,including the accuracy of the temperature control of the moxibustion device and the automatic dust removal function.According to the experimental results,the device can accurately control the temperature,can effectively and automatically clean the dust,and meet the design goals.Secondly,the fuzzy PID algorithm and PID algorithm are compared and verified by experiments,and it is concluded that the fuzzy PID algorithm has better dynamic characteristics.
