At present,in the field of traditional Chinese medicine physiotherapy products,domestic research mainly uses bioresonance,infrared thermal imaging and other technologies to study adaptive physiotherapy systems that quantify the distribution characteristics of moxibustion points and temperature fields.It focuses on the research of functional technologies such as precise infrared physiotherapy based on the principles of traditional Chinese medicine moxibustion.It has not involved user experience research in the mobile physiotherapy environment.To solve it,this paper focuses on the demands of people with mild allergic rhinitis,and explores the matching relationship between the functional requirements in the home scene and user satisfaction based on the KANO model.Under the priority of functional requirements,it solves the problem of function stacking and adaptability.According to the NFBS framework and ergonomics principles,the structural elements are transformed into design elements and apply to design practice.Through the feasibility evaluation,it provides new ideas for the design of home Chinese medicine rhinitis moxibustion physiotherapy products.The research content is mainly divided into four parts,including the theoretical review,user demand analysis,functional demand research,design practice and evaluation of wearable products.First of all,in view of the fuzzy demands of moxibustion physiotherapy products,it obtains the important demands by the KANO model.Combining FBS analysis and human-machine principles to obtain design elements;determine the feasibility of user demand analysis based on the research basis of traditional Chinese medicine physical therapy services in the medical-home scenario.Secondly,in order to obtain effective user needs,it combines market research to analyze the physiotherapy principles with characteristics of wearable products.It obtains functional requirements for wearable products.It introduces physiology-psychology-behaviour based on feature demand model and establishes behavior-object-meaning connections by simulating the behavior process.It fits the functional requirements of wearable products and the feature requirements of AR crowds.It obtains fuzzy demandes of moxibustion physiotherapy wearable products related to AR crowds.Furthermore,in order to clarify the important levels of requirements,the fuzzy requirements is summarized in order to obtain the initial functional requirements according to the KJ method.The KANO model is used to classify the requirement attributes and determine the priority of each functional requirement.The tower obtains the hierarchical framework and applies to NFBS analysis by establishing the functional requirement hierarchy.Finally,it focus on transforming abstract requirements into specific design elements.It combines the NFBS step-by-step mapping principle to obtain structural elements.To obtain design elements,it comprehensively consider structural dimensions.Through positioning design,moxibustion physiotherapy wearable products meets the needs of users.In the design evaluation,in order to judge the effectiveness of design practice,it combined with weight analysis and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.As a result,it verified the feasibility of applying the KANO model to the design of TCM rhinitis moxibustion physiotherapy products.Based on the KANO model,the paper probes the important level of functional requirements for home TCM rhinitis moxibustion physiotherapy products.It combines NFBS analysis with human-machine constraints to transform them into specific design elements applying design practice.Based on the multi-dimensional perspectives of comfort,safety,adjustment and emotion,it solves the problems of non-fitting nasal components,contact facial moxibustion,and non-adaptive operating behaviors,thereby effectively improve user satisfaction.In view of the subjectivity of the evaluation results,the follow-up researches will use eye tracking to further verify the evaluation results,and provide a reliable basis for the application of TCM physiotherapy products.
