In recent years,due to the acceleration of the global aging process,old-age care has gradually developed into a global social problem.my country has a large population base.At present,about 17%of my country's population is elderly,and it is a moderately aging country.It is estimated that by 2030,the proportion of my country's aging population will account for about 27%of my country's total population,and my country will become a deeply aging country.At present,my country's old-age care services are still imperfect,and there are various problems.The main problems are the unbalanced allocation of medical and nursing resources,the shortage of medical resources,and the shortage of high-quality old-age resources.In order to solve the problem of insufficient medical and nursing resources,many experts and scholars have proposed the construction of a smart medical and nursing pension model.Through big data,Internet,Internet of Things and artificial intelligence technologies,various medical and nursing resources are connected together to improve medical and nursing Optimize the allocation of resources efficiency,while improving the elderly's elderly care experience.In this context,intelligent medical care products designed for the elderly emerge one after another,but a considerable part of the needs of the elderly are still difficult to meet.With the growth of age,the physical and physical fitness of the elderly population and other health indicators generally show a trend of decline,so the elderly are prone to safety accidents,and the risk of accidents is higher.According to relevant data,safety accidents are the fifth major factor affecting the health of the elderly.There are many products for fall monitoring of the elderly,but it is still difficult to cover some scenes completely,and some products have poor practical effect on saving the safety and health of the elderly.With this title,this paper makes a deep research on the related problems of falls in the elderly population.The elderly fall monitoring device has a simple function,but it is not enough to truly play a role in guaranteeing the health of the elderly.The power of smart medical care resources should be fully mobilized to improve the rescue service mechanism for the elderly after falling.This paper focuses on user research and analysis,grasps user needs,and carries out product design.Take the service design method as a tool to improve the service process and service mechanism.The main research contents include:(1)A wide range of questionnaires were conducted to understand the actual living conditions,physical health and living environment of users.Interview professional doctors to understand the objective and real situation of users,understand the service process and role of hospitals when users are in distress,and provide materials for subsequent design and research.(2)Combing the existing elderly fall monitoring device,understand its working principle and application scenario,find out the shortcomings and deficiencies of the product,so as to excavate the innovation points of product design.(3)In-depth analysis of the rescue process of the elderly in distress at this stage,drawing the user's journey map,analyzing the user's pain points,exploring the opportunities for service needs,and preparing for the later service system construction.(4)The requirements of users are summarized,summarized,graded and sorted,and design elements including function,product form,CMF,etc.are extracted according to the relevant investigation in the early stage,so as to serve as the reference in the practice of product design in the later stage.(5)Based on the background of smart medical care,the construction of a service system for elderly fall monitoring was carried out to optimize the user experience and output the design blueprint while improving the service process.Carry out the design practice of the fall monitoring device,propose the design scheme,construct the design prototype,and guide the design practice according to the design elements obtained from the above analysis,and finally output the fall monitoring product.Based on the user's needs,this article conducts user research based on the smart medical care combined with the old-age model scenario,and uses service design tools and methods to perform service process analysis to discover user needs and existing problems and pain points in the process of products and services.Carry out targeted optimization and adjustment and finally complete the design of the elderly fall monitoring device and service under the background of smart medical care.
