Based on the relative concepts of cloud manufacturing,this paper analyzes the relative processes of mechanical manufacturing,and puts forward the concept of the processing technology behavior.The purpose of the research on the Intelligent Manufacturing Collaborative Service System based on processing technology behavior is to enable the designer to realize close combination of product design and manufacturing,save product development time and improve the resource utilization rate and market flexibility of enterprises by capturing the processing information related to product design through the system in real time,in the way of constructing processing technology behavior model with charateristics of information integration and sharing,and using it as the object of the Intelligent Manufacturing Collaborative Service System.Under this background,the following aspects of research have been mainly done in this paper.Various processing methods involved in the process of mechanical processing is studied through classification,and the concepts of the processing technology behavior and processing technology behavior element are proposed.Hierarchical division of the processing technology behavior and the relationship between the different levels are studied.The characteristics of processing technology behavior and its service oriented modeling requirements are analyzed,and then the modeling principles of processing technology behavior are proposed.The attribute model of processing technology behavior element which is composed of basic attributes,process attributes,resource attributes and service attributes,is established and detailed research of each attribute is made.On this basis,according to the sharing and confidentiality requirements of the processing technology behavior,the dual field model for the separation of the public domain and private domain is proposed.According to the attribute model of processing technology behavior,the information storage scheme of processing technology behavior using extensible markup language(XML)is proposed.The release mechanism of the processing technology behavior is set up and analyzed.According to different attribute of the processing technology behavior,the attribute information constraint rules are formulated.The network architecture and system structure of the Intelligent Manufacturing Collaborative Service System are constructed,and the operation mechanism of the system is studied.The logical levels of the manufacturing service platform and the manufacturing end software are proposed,and the function of each level is instituted.Function composition of the manufacturing end software is determined,and each function module is designed and developed.The enterprise information maintenance test and the addition and release test of processing technology behavior were carried out to verify the rationality of processing technology behavior attribute model and its storage and release mechanism.Processing technology behavior requirement response tests have been carried out to verify the rationality of the design of the Intelligent Manufacturing Collaborative Service System and the reliability of design and development of the software end.
