In recent years,with the rise of China’s construction industry,prefabricated building have also been very rapid development.Prefabricated residential buildings have gradually become an indispensable and important component of the construction market.With advantages such as low construction pollution,low construction noise,shortened construction period,labor saving,and fast construction speed,they have become a new development direction in the construction industry.However,with the vigorous development of prefabricated residential buildings in recent years,there are also problems such as the low degree of industrialization of prefabricated building components and insufficient development power of prefabricated building,among which the construction enterprises have the greatest impact on the risk management during the construction phase of prefabricated residential projects.The enterprise’s awareness of risk management is weak.Due to the lack of risk management and control during the construction phase of prefabricated residential projects,various problems occurred frequently in the construction of the project,which also directly led to a significant increase in the cost during the construction period,which significantly reduced the enthusiasm of the construction enterprise in the field of prefabricated building,which is extremely detrimental to the development of prefabricated building.Therefore,construction enterprises need to invest more resources and attention in risk management of prefabricated residential projects,and be able to grasp the key points and response measures of risk management,in order to improve their ability and level in risk management during the construction process.In order to further study the risk management issues during the construction phase of prefabricated residential projects,this paper takes the WHY project of M Construction Company as an example to study the technical,organizational,environmental,management,legal,and economic risk factors faced by the project during the construction phase,in order to solve the risk problems during the construction of the WHY project.It also provides certain reference suggestions for the construction risk management work of other similar projects.This article is based on the theory of risk management methods,using literature analysis and questionnaire survey methods to identify and analyze various risk issues during the construction phase of prefabricated residential buildings.By combining the actual on-site construction situation of the WHY prefabricated residential project,the risk issues are optimized and the final list of risk elements during the construction phase of the project is obtained.This article is based on the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)to comprehensively analyze and evaluate the risks during the construction phase of the WHY prefabricated residential project.A matrix is established for each risk element indicator and weight calculation is performed.After ranking the weight of each risk element,the top 10 key risk elements are finally determined based on the weight ranking of each risk element,and corresponding risk control measures are developed based on the key risk elements,In order to enhance the anti risk ability of the project,it also provides reference suggestions for risk management in the construction phase of other similar prefabricated building. |
