Research On Reconstruction Design Of Co-working Space In The Post-epidemic Era

In 2014,with the proposal of the slogan of "mass entrepreneurship and innovation" and the arrival of the era of sharing economy,innovative industries have received high attention.Meanwhile,as the support of innovative small and micro enterprises,co-working space,a new type of office space,has developed rapidly in China and has received strong support from the central and local governments.However,with the sudden outbreak of COVID-19,the development of co-working Spaces and the operation of small and micro businesses have been severely impacted.The epidemic will not suddenly disappear,and we are now in a long-term coexistence with the epidemic,which we call the post-epidemic era.In the post-epidemic era,in order to mitigate the impact of the epidemic on co-working and small and micro businesses,it is necessary to transform the co-working space so that it can weaken and adapt to the impact of the epidemic on the office space and ensure the normal operation of small and micro businesses in the post-epidemic era.In this thesis,through the study and conclusion of the literature related to co-working space and office space in the post-epidemic era and other architectural Spaces,the socialized and diversified nature of co-working space is clarified,and the relevant design methods of architectural space in the post-epidemic era that can be used for reference are summarized.Then for the analysis of space present situation of the joint office before the outbreak,summarizes the deficiencies and problems,to the outbreak era people summarize to the new requirement of office space,analysis of the old forms,old problems and before the outbreak after the outbreak of the era of new requirements of conflict and contradiction between,confirm and confirm the necessity of the basic elements of reform.Based on the joint of the basic elements of office space renovation outbreak era and the related theory,space reconstruction with connecting to the proposed renovation related strategies,including internal space function,internal space layout,streamline organization transformation,internal space communication scale transformation,reconstruction of interior space and epidemic prevention emergency,outer space and space cultural heritage six basic strategy.Finally,on the basis of the proposed strategies,the author tries to reform Shanghai Dream plus Co-office,and further clarifies the scientific nature and feasibility of relevant strategies.To carry out comprehensive post-epidemic transformation design of its internal and external space,propose corresponding practical transformation methods under the guidance of transformation strategy and apply them--optimizing external pattern and environment in external space;In terms of internal space,it adopts the methods of upgrading,integrating and optimizing functional space,sorting out streamline,clarifying purpose,controlling safe social distance,creating flexible space,and refining and sublimating the overall cultural symbol of space.There are more than 48000 words in the full text and 110 figures(including 79 figures and 31 tables).
