| As an important strategic material of the country,the level of machine tool manufacturing directly determines the overall equipment and industrial level of a country.World’s powerful countries must have strong machine tool industry,which relates to national defense and economic security.With China’s reform and opening up and economic globalization,domestic machine tool consumer market has grown year by year.China became the world’s largest machine tool consumer in 2002 and continues to this day.After the international financial crisis,affected by the macroeconomic situation,the market size of the domestic machine tool industry has continued to shrink,and the total domestic machine tool market demand has shown a decline at home and abroad.With the declining market situation of machine tools since 2012,Shenyang Machine Tool’s corresponding national eight ministries and commissions have called for actively promoting comprehensive reform of state-owned enterprises,and taking the mass entrepreneurship and innovation strategy as the main direction of state-owned enterprise reform,thus to promote corporate organizational and mechanism transformation and stimulate enterprises vitality and employees’ creativity.This thesis starts with mass entrepreneurship and innovation concept and related theories,and focuses on analyzing the impact of Shenyang Machine Tool’s external environment and internal operating conditions on the company’s strategy.In the external environment analysis,PEST and Michael Porter’s Five-force Model are used to analyze the external macro environment and market competition environment of Shenyang Machine Tool,so as to determine the key opportunities and threat factors of the external environment,and EFE matrix analysis is used to comprehensively evaluate the external environment.In the analysis of the current status of internal operations,the current operating conditions of Shenyang Machine Tool and the characteristics of the enterprise are analyzed.At the same time,the role of comprehensive reform of state-owned enterprises in the effective promotion of the enterprise and its future development is explained.Through comprehensive reform of state-owned enterprises which leads to the important position of the mass entrepreneurship and innovation strategy in its reform and development,and then summarizes the industry innovation of mass entrepreneurship and innovation strategy,and puts forward the problems existing in the current implementation of this strategy.Finally,IE analysis is used to determine the strategic goals of mass entrepreneurship and innovation strategy,and the specific implementation plan and related guarantees for mass entrepreneurship and innovation strategy of Shenyang Machine Tool were proposed according to the attributes of the machine tool industry. |
