Research On The Design Strategy Of Small And Micro Residential Space From The Perspective Of Innovation

With the acceleration of China’s urbanization process,a large number of people have flooded into cities,causing land resource shortages and high housing prices.More and more urban residents are facing difficulties in living.Especially for the current youth groups,they have urgent housing needs,but most of them are unable to afford the city’s excessive housing prices.The hot words such as “house slaves”,“dwelling houses” and “ant families” that have emerged in recent years directly reflect the severe housing problems faced by contemporary young people and the enormous pressure of life,which has led to the emergence of the current small micro-living space.From the perspective of architecture,the miniaturization of living space is an effective measure to alleviate urban housing problems and solve the housing pressure of residents,and it is also a supplement to China’s housing structure.However,as a type of residence with a large number of market demands,the design research on small and micro-living spaces often stays in the traditional optimization of the plane size and the adjustment of the structure of the house,ignoring the improvement of the living quality and lack of innovation.Therefore,the author puts forward this topic and pays attention to the current design method that can solve the core problem of small and micro living space—improving space utilization efficiency and improving living quality,and combining the living needs of youth groups,in order to use limited space more reasonably and efficiently,and improve living.The living experience and quality of living,explore the possibilities of future development of small and micro living spaces.This paper investigates the living needs and living problems of young people by studying the living structure,living behavior and living conditions of young people in the small urban living space,and sorts out the spatial scale,function,and space of small and micro living spaces.The conventional design method of combination recognizes the limitations of the traditional design method of small and micro-living space,and then explores and summarizes the aspects of residential mode,industrial design,structural components and furniture equipment to help improve the utilization rate of small and micro living space.Innovative application that can improve the quality of living.Finally,based on the theoretical research,the analysis of the status quo and the summary of innovative applications,the design strategy of small and micro living space is summarized,hoping to create a "small but comprehensive,small and efficient,small and comfortable" The small micro living space provides a design reference.
