At present,with the maturity of China’s construction market,the price of construction units is becoming more and more transparent.How to complete the project with quality and ensure its maximum profit is the focus of construction units.To ensure that the cost is not wasted,strictly control the various expenditures of the project,and strengthen the cost control are the efforts of a construction unit,which also reflects its management level.Therefore,through the establishment of the mature cost control system to solve the problem of cost control,and ultimately bring more profits to the enterprise is a new idea for the development of the A construction enterprise.Through the analysis of the problems existing in the cost control process of the project in A construction enterprise,following major problems are summarized: the personnel allocation plan in the early stage of construction is not considered properly,the material procurement plan is not combined with technology,leading to the reduction of work efficiency,the purchase of materials at a high price,and the management cost exceeds the standard.In the middle stage of construction,the subcontractor enters the site without signing a contract,the cost of main materials remains high,and the subcontracting visa is too many,leading to serious disputes in the interim measurement and settlement of the subcontracting team,and the cost of materials and machinery exceeds the planned cost of the project,which reduces the profitability.In the later stage of construction,the ignorance of summing up the experience of cost management leads to the project having to choice but to explore the cost control methods again before the construction project started.Wasting resources at the same time,it causes the delay of cost control and can not achieve good dynamic control.After analyzing the above problems,the appropriate cost control system of A construction enterprise is constructed by the principle of whole process cost control,the principle of combining active control with passive control,the principle of saving and dynamic tracking,the principle of talent introduction and putting forwarded the safeguard measures of schedule management,quality management,improving the implementation awareness of the whole staff cost control system and strengthening the incentive mechanism.Through the study of this paper,the construction of cost control system of construction unit can not only enable enterprises to obtain more benefits under the premise of smooth implementation of the project construction,so that the enterprise can occupy the reputation in the owner’s market and become an excellent employer in the subcontracting market,but also provide reference for other construction units in cost control. |
