| Construction cost management plays an important role in engineering construction.In the construction project cost management,the focus of construction project cost management is cost control and analysis.In the face of the current fierce living environment,it is particularly important for the construction industry to reasonably improve the cost analysis method and cost control.In this paper,the earned value method is used to study the cost management of construction projects.In view of the shortcomings of the traditional earned value method,the improved earned value method is proposed,and the secondary earned value is used to analyze the cost of construction projects.From using the two-level earned value method to analyze the cost,to using the data to reflect the causes of cost deviation,to how to control the cost,and take corresponding measures to improve the causes of cost deviation.The applicability of the two-level earned value method is proved by the cost management of the project of "innovation demonstration base of traditional Chinese medicine innovation city".The overall conclusion of this article is as follows:1.In the task decomposition of construction project,the secondary earned value method can accurately analyze the project cost deviation.This paper introduces the concept that level 3 subjects and level 2 subjects are summarized to level 1 subjects,which mainly decomposes the work tasks of the project and turns the project work into executable tasks.Divide the work of major items in detail,summarize from level 3 subjects to level 2 subjects,analyze the earned value of level 3 subjects,and finally summarize the work tasks of level 2 subjects to study the overall earned value of construction projects for level 1 subjects.2.The earned value method is used to analyze the cost deviation and establish the control model.In the cost deviation analysis,the cost,progress and quality are mainly analyzed,and the analysis content includes improvement measures.An early warning system for cost deviation is constructed.This early warning system can judge the influence degree of the deviation when the deviation occurs.If it exceeds the tolerance range,it is necessary to summarize the causes of the deviation and formulate corresponding countermeasures.For the example of "innovation demonstration base of traditional Chinese medicine innovation city",the improved earned value method is adopted for analysis,which can accurately find out the content of project cost deviation,control and manage the cost of engineering project examples,dynamically track the project cost deviation by using the deviation early warning system,analyze the causes of deviation in detail,and put forward corresponding measures for improvement. |
