| As an important part of the national economy,the construction industry has been developing extensively.In actual projects,problems such as long settlement cycle,many settlement disputes and farmers’ salary arrears occur frequently.In order to solve the problems existing in traditional settlement methods,the State Council issued relevant documents in 2016 to clearly implement the construction process settlement method,and further optimize the construction project settlement system of my country’s construction industry by establishing mechanisms such as preventing project payment arrears.Firstly,this paper analyzes and studies the traditional settlement methods often used in China’s construction industry,and summarizes the characteristics and problems of these settlement methods,such as poor settlement quality,long settlement time and settlement disputes.Secondly,in order to solve these problems and optimize the settlement system of engineering projects,the construction process settlement method is introduced to compare its advantages with the traditional settlement method.However,considering the implementation of the construction process settlement has been experienced for a long time,the results are still not good.In order to explore the reasons,through literature research and field interviews,it is concluded that the settlement method in the construction process is difficult to be implemented in practice because of poor project delivery quality,separation from project management and low settlement efficiency.Then,according to these difficulties,the advanced concept of lean construction is introduced,and the final planner system and the work decomposition structure technology under lean thought are used to guarantee the quality deliverability,accuracy and continuity of process settlement from two perspectives of quality and schedule.Finally,an attempt is made to combine the emerging technology of block chain with construction process settlement.Under the premise that lean construction provides good quality and progress for process settlement,an automated settlement operation model is constructed to further improve the efficiency of settlement.And the use of blockchain decentralized storage,openness and transparency,traceability and other characteristics to ensure the integrity of project settlement data,enhance the sense of trust between the participants of the project,to avoid disputes due to settlement issues.The research of this paper introduces the advanced concept of lean construction and the advanced technology of block chain into the construction process settlement,so as to provide the guarantee of the quality,scope and schedule of the process deliverables for the use of construction process settlement,and effectively improve the efficiency of process settlement.The realization of lean,informationization and synergy of engineering projects in the construction process can provide possible paths and solutions for construction enterprises to adopt process settlement in the construction stage in the future. |
