2015 is the last year of China's “12th Five-Year Plan”.During the “12th Five-Year Plan”,the international financial crisis brings the hysteresis effect has not been eliminated.The development of China's shipbuilding industry environment become more complicated,international oil prices collapsed,shipbuilding serious overcapacity.In such an environment,China shipbuilding industry ushered in the most difficult times after abnormal growth,is an urgent need to improve their competitiveness.Through nearly a decade of efforts,China shipbuilding industry progress obviously.Many enterprises have made a lot of improvement in shipbuilding technology and management level,and explore the development of suitable way.However,compared with the major international competitors,China shipbuilding industry is big and not strong.In the key stage of the survival and development,shipbuilding industry is an urgent need to strengthen scientific and technological innovation,accelerate the transformation of development mode,to achieve by the strong.Modern shipbuilding advocates fine management.It is an important issue how to improve manufacturing efficiency and product quality by optimizing management mode.Domestic enterprises attach great importance to the research of the logistics management mode of the hull production.By studying the management experience of Japan and South Korea,we will explore the management mode suitable for the domestic environment,and hope to narrow the huge gap between the ship enterprises in Japan and South Korea,so as to improve the competitiveness of enterprises.On the basis of investigating and analyzing the difference of the management mode of domestic and foreign shipbuilding enterprises,combining with the actual production logistics situation of a large shipbuilding enterprise in China(W shipyard),this thesis studies and discusses on hull member lane distribution from hull lane construction and the design of the hull production logistics encoding by using the management theory and method of engineering decomposition.The main research content include:(1)This thesis expatiates on the contents of the ship work breakdown structure in modern shipbuilding by using theoretical knowledge of work breakdown structure,and explains the importance of engineering decomposition in the shipbuilding project.It makes a comparative analysis of the three kinds of shipbuilding technology through the method of engineering decomposition,which lays the foundation for the detailed study;(2)This thesis analyzes the existing production layout,production logistics framework and production logistics management and control characteristics of W shipyard.Then research on the current situation about the production logistics distribution division of W shipyard,and thinking about the main problems in order to determine the direction of further research;(3)Based on Modern Ship Work Breakdown Structure theory,this thesis analyzes the process of hull production and construction.Studying the design principle of the hull structure to lane to determine the rules for the implementation of management about the tray of lane distribution;(4)To guide the construction of the production department and the tray of lane distribution by using the idea of the hull structure design flow lane.Then validate the results by an example to verify the achieved results.
