Study On Construction Engineering Quality Management

With the steadily development of economy and technology,the building trades is also developing with high speed,and the quality of construction products has gradually attracted people’s attention.So the construction enterprises should concentrate on the quality management of construction projects in order to better improve the core competitiveness of construction enterprises and promote the steady development of the construction industry.However,how to use effective resources to carry out quality management work,and which aspects to improve management level and management system are the problems that need to be solved at present.Combined with literature research,case analysis and analytic hierarchy process,this paper comprehensively studies the project quality control.The main research contents of this paper in project quality management are as follows:1.Analyze the current situation of the whole process of project quality management in most companies,find the problems existing in each implementation stage in the process of quality control,and then get the influence factors of quality management problems in each stage.2.Introduce the analytic hierarchy process in the analysis of the influencing factors of engineering project quality management,and construct the index evaluation system model and judgment matrix of engineering project quality management influencing factors.3.Use the case analysis method to analyze the influencing factors of quality management of the actual case D project,and obtain the influence weight of each stage of quality management and the weight of each influencing factor of quality control,so as to provide the basis for the research of follow-up quality management measures.4.Through the analysis of the significance of the influencing factors of quality management,the influencing factors of quality management with great influence are obtained,and targeted quality management improvement measures are proposed.
