Research On The Construction Quality Management Of The Central Square Project In Front Of Q North Station

Due to my country’s large population base and vast territory,the construction industry has developed rapidly in recent years and has become one of my country’s basic,leading and pillar development industries.The healthy and stable operation of the construction industry is directly related to the development of my country’s national economy.Construction quality management is an important part of the construction industry.The construction quality of construction projects is not only related to the future survival and development of the enterprise itself,but also related to the healthy and stable development of my country’s construction industry,and even related to the safety of life and property of our people.In recent years,Chinese enterprises have still not paid enough attention to the construction of quality management.Therefore,it is of great significance to study how to solve the existing quality problems in the construction industry and to innovate the quality management of construction projects.This article mainly investigates the quality management of the central square in front of the Q North Railway Station project during the construction phase.First,it explains the existing problems in the quality management of the central square in front of the Q North Railway Station project during the construction phase.Based on the 5M1 E analysis method,from human and machine Analyze the status quo of quality management at six levels:material,method,measurement and environment.Secondly,build a quality management indicator system,and design the questionnaire based on the setting of indicators.At the same time,the AHP analytic hierarchy process is used to analyze the weight of each indicator.Through the form of questionnaire survey,the quality problems in the construction phase of the central square in front of the Q North Railway Station project are counted,and the existing problems are analyzed by descriptive statistics.The statistical results found that the mechanical and environmental factors performed the worst,followed by the average performance in the measurement and human factors.The materials and methods are relatively good,but there are still certain problems and there is a lot of room for improvement.Finally,from the perspective of 5M1 E and the organizational guarantee level,the quality management improvement measures for the central square in front of the Q North Station are given:strengthening equipment quality monitoring,improving the quality requirements of building materials,improving the procurement management system,clarifying the functions of each department,and optimizing the scope of responsibility and build a corporate cultural value system,etc.
