Research On Port Cooperation Along The Maritime Silk Road Based On Game Model

Since the Belt and Road Initiative was put forward,China has signed 195 cooperation agreements with 136 countries and more than 30 international organizations,and is still expanding the depth and scope of cooperation.Ports play a vital role in the construction of the Maritime Silk Road,and port cooperation is also the direction of the development of the Maritime Silk Road.There are many ports along the Maritime Silk Road,and all parties are actively seeking opportunities for cooperation.However,due to the wide scope and many countries involved,the development level of ports along the Maritime Silk Road is uneven,and port cooperation lacks overall planning,and there are problems such as unclear division of labor and redundant construction.Therefore,to study the cooperation between ports along the Maritime Silk Road and establish a multilateral,pluralistic and multi-level cooperation mechanism is one of the topics that must be solved to achieve the stable development of the Maritime Silk Road.This paper studies the cooperation of ports along the Maritime Silk Road.Firstly,the background significance of this paper is described,the research status at home and abroad is summarized,the deficiencies of existing research are analyzed,and the research value of this paper is explained.Secondly,the paper explains the concepts and theories related to the Maritime Silk Road,port cooperation and game,laying a good theoretical foundation for the following paper.Thirdly,130 ports in 31 countries or regions along the Maritime Silk Road are divided according to the core degree by Ucinet software.Combined with the analysis of port level indicators,ports are divided into core ports and non-core ports.Fourthly,appropriate game models are selected to discuss the game relations between core ports,core ports and non-core ports,and non-core ports.The results show that the Nash equilibrium of the core port industry will move towards higher service quality.In the game with core ports,individual rationality is greater than group rationality in non-core ports.Non-core ports need to be actively promoted by one party in the game.Finally,according to the results of the game,it is suggested to establish port cooperation mechanism from three aspects: cooperation linkage mechanism,bilateral port alliance development mechanism and cooperation guarantee mechanism.
