The cooperation between the ports along the 21st Century Maritime Silk Road can be summarized into two types of cooperation based on the strength of the cooperation constraints:the first is contractual cooperation, which is reflected in port companies' investment participation/holding,BOT,etc.The second is information sharing cooperation, such as friendly ports, port alliances or alliances. The port cooperation in the investment and construction projects of the 21st Century Maritime Silk Road has the characteristics of cluster cooperation, dynamic strategy, relatively open information, and limited rational evolutionary game between the two partners.Based on the evolutionary game analysis method, this article analyzes the cooperation between Chinese port companies and foreign port companies along the route. In order to analyze the factors that affect the strategy of the gaming enterprise group, the countries along the Maritime Silk Road that have reached cooperation with China are the main research objects, and a set of key attributes is constructed and the evaluation value is obtained by an expert scoring method.Later, this article uses the interval number combined with the gray correlation method. The influence mechanism(key attributes)on the changes in the strategy set of the two players is analyzed. This article considers that the optimal solution is"Increase financial cooperation and exchange ".In the cooperative construction of the Maritime Silk Road project, the set of strategies for promoting cooperation between the two parties of port cooperation has converged more(contractual cooperation, contractual cooperation). The best solution is to increase the export of infrastructure capacity under contractual cooperation to the port companies in the host country, thereby enhancing the coordinated development of port companies along the road.
