Synergetic Degree Measurement Of Port Hinterland Based On Coupling Synergetic Model

Port-city relationship refers to the relationship of mutual dependence,mutual influence and mutual restriction between cities and their subordinate ports.The development of the ports and cities has always adhered to the principle that ports prosper with the cities,ports serve the cities,and they thrive together.Many of the world’s more famous cities are port cities,such as Hamburg in Germany,Rotterdam in the Netherlands,Kobe in Japan and so on.Their port facilities are perfect and the degree of modernization is high,and the ports play a vital role in the economic development of port cities even hinterland.Although China has a long coastline and a large number of coastal ports,there are few ports with perfect facilities and high degree of modernization,which restrict the development of the port cities even the hinterland economy.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to explore the synergistic relationship between ports and hinterland.This thesis mainly involves four issues: "establishment of evaluation index for the coordinated development of port and hinterland economy","division of port radiation hinterland","collaborative measurement of port and hinterland" and "result analysis and promotion path of synergistic degree".Specific contributions are as follows:(1)Based on the influencing factors of the coordinated development of port and hinterland economy,the evaluation index system of the coordinated development of port and hinterland economy was established by analyzing the feedback loop of system causality based on the model of system causality diagram.The evaluation system includes three levels of system,criterion and index.The system layer mainly refers to the port subsystem and hinterland economic subsystem.The criterion layer is divided into port construction scale,port cargo transportation,hinterland economic structure,hinterland economic aggregate and hinterland economic development.The index layer includes 11 detailed indexes such as the number of berths,the length of wharves and the regional GNP.(2)Radiation in regional port layout planning of port hinterland range as the foundation,according to the actual situation to modify individual port hinterland,build the hinterland field model,the ports may radiate to the heart of field strength was calculated,according to the principle of "critical value" and the radiation field strength size of port hinterland and divided into multiple port hinterland of the competition,And use Python to realize the visualization of the results of the regional port hinterland division.(3)Based on the systematic analysis of the modern port city coordination problem,this thesis constructs an econometric model of port hinterland economic coupling coordination degree,and takes the port hinterland data of Liaoning Province as an example to verify the coupling coordination degree model.Because there are many ports and hinterland cities involved,in order to ensure the accuracy of the calculation process and the recalculation of the updated data,this thesis realizes the automatic calculation of the coupling degree collaborative model based on python,and unifies the processing of multiple port hinterland.(4)On the basis of the calculation results of port hinterland synergy degree,through the classification and comparative analysis of various ports and hinterland synergy degree,this thesis puts forward the countermeasures to improve different types of port and hinterland synergy degree from low to high in China.Reflected in the innovation of this thesis work: systematically constructed the evaluation index system of the port and hinterland economy coordinated development of our country,based on national and local port statistical yearbook data of five port group of 28 in the port of port and hinterland economy coordination system analyses the coordination degree of the calculation and analysis,and put forward the corresponding countermeasures.
