| In construction engineering,the price of labor,materials and machinery plays a decisive role in engineering cost.In the face of the fierce competition in the construction market,the investigation and forecast of the construction material price by the contractor is not only an important prerequisite for the reasonable quotation and winning the bid,but also a key link to ensure the profit of the enterprise.The construction period of most projects is relatively long.In the long construction process,the price of labor,building materials and mechanical equipment will change with great probability.The traditional cost management method is gradually not applicable to the current cost management.With the development of science and technology,the emergence of BIM and BP neural network has brought new ideas to cost management.BIM technology can greatly improve the efficiency of cost management.BP neural network can accurately predict the prices of labor,materials and machinery.This topic focuses on the following research work:（1）The concept,characteristics,common software and application status of BIM technology in cost management are briefly introduced.At the same time,several advantages and difficulties in the application of BIM technology in cost management are summarized from different perspectives,and its application prospects in the engineering field are displayed.The concept,principle,function and modeling process of BP neural network are briefly described.At the same time,summarizes the project cost management related key points;（2）Quantitative comparative analysis of cost control:（1）Advance cost prediction based on BIM technology and BP neural network model;（2）Through the improvement of earned value method,the"control baseline"is changed from completing the workload budget cost BCWP（Budgeted Cost for Work Performed）to completing the workload forecast cost BCWPBP（Budgeted Cost for Work Performed by BP Neural Network）,so as to control the cost in the event;（3）After the completion of the project,conduct post-hoc cost deviation analysis;（3）Take an engineering project as a case,build BIM model,establish BIM database to obtain the quantity and historical price of labor,materials,machinery and other works;The BP neural network price prediction model is constructed by MATLAB,and the historical price is input into the prediction model as sample data for learning and training,so as to obtain a mature BP neural network model to predict the price of labor,materials and machinery at a specific time,and the direct cost of the project is obtained by combining the quantity and predicted price.Through the improved earned value method,the forecast cost is analyzed,and the reliability and scientificity of the scheme are verified.It has great practical value and social significance for cost control. |
