With the gradual integration of China’s construction industry with foreign countries,the intensity of competition in the domestic construction market is deepening day by day.For construction enterprises,cost management is the center of all operation and management activities.Through reasonable cost control,enterprises can increase revenues and reduce expenditures,improve operation efficiency and enhance their own market competitiveness.As the initial link of cost management,cost prediction is often ignored by most construction enterprises,and there are serious deficiencies both in ideology and technical methods.As a representative of the construction industry information technology,BIM technology is used in the cost management of large projects with its unique information integration,sharing and coordination,and carries out some series of work such as parametric design,engineering quantity extraction,scheme optimization and performance analysis of construction projects.Cost prediction and control is a dynamic tracking problem of massive data fusion.In order to improve the accuracy of real-time cost information acquisition and reduce the subjectivity and blindness of prediction results,relevant prediction methods should be integrated with BIM database to ensure the accuracy of results at the level of original data.In addition,the neural network technology in the field of artificial intelligence imitates the information processing process of human brain,and can realize the fitting and prediction function of complex data through constant adjustment of its internal structure,which is very suitable for solving the problem of dynamic price prediction.In view of the current situation of lagging acquisition and poor circulation of cost information in cost prediction,as well as the poor accuracy and timing of building material price prediction,the author has carried out the following research work:(1)Summarized the bottlenecks faced by cost prediction and the main characteristics of BIM Technology,systematically analyzes the adaptation of cost forecasting and BIM Technology,and found that BIM Technology can perfectly meet the needs of cost prediction,realize the accurate extraction of quantities and the storage and interaction of relevant cost information;(2)The neural network technology is applied to solve the problem of price prediction.After analyzing and comparing the advantages and disadvantages of different types of neural network models,the MEA-ELM hybrid network model optimized by mind evolutionary algorithm is established,and the prediction accuracy of the model is verified by an example;(3)In order to build a cost prediction system integrating BIM technology with MEA-ELM model,this paper puts forward a "check and change separation" method which is convenient for system operation and information rapid transmission under the mixed architecture of C/S and B/S,and completes the architecture design of the system,ensuring the realization of system functions in a programmed and standardized way;(4)Combined with practical cases,the cost prediction system is demonstrated to verify the feasibility of the system in project management.Relying on this system,construction enterprises can realize accurate and rapid direct cost prediction,help them master cost changes and realize cost efficient management.
