Project cost management is an important means to ensure project performance and achieve project cost objectives in the process of project implementation.It plays a decisive role in project cost control and enterprise profitability.This article applies the theories and methods of engineering project cost management,with PH media center project as the research object,on the basis of the project schedule and resource plan,by the methods of literature research,comprehensive detailed estimate,bottom-up methods of budget law,earned value method,cost forecast and cost estimation,cost budget and cost control were proceed on the project.The main research content includes the following three aspects:(1)Project overview of PH media center.This part mainly introduces the project company,the basis,the content,the objectives and the organization of the project,among which the cost management objectives were proposed in the project objectives part.(2)Based on the resource demand and price estimation of PH media center project,the project cost was predicted,and on this basis,the project cost estimation was compiled by using expert judgment method,analog estimation method and comprehensive detailed estimation method.(3)The project cost budget was prepared through the project cost estimation of PH media center,and the project cost budget was decomposed.In the process of project implementation,the project cost was tracked in time,and the deviation was rectified by the earned value method.Finally,the guarantee measures of project cost control were proposed.This paper studies the cost of PH media center engineering projects,forms a complete project cost management process,and puts forward effective project cost control guarantee measures,which can reduce project losses until achieve profits,so as to complete the project cost management objectives.The research has strong practical application value,which provides beneficial reference for similar construction enterprises in project cost management. |
