| In recent years,China’s economic growth has been a high-speed growth trend.As one of the three pillar industries of China’s national economy,the construction industry is developing rapidly.The construction industry relates to the economic development of the whole country and is an important material production sector of the national economy.Since the continuous boom of the real estate market in 2008,the construction industry,as an industry closely related to the real estate industry,has become an important growth point of the national economy.Due to the transformation and upgrading of the market,China’s construction enterprises are increasing.In addition,due to a large number of foreign enterprises targeting China’s construction market,coupled with the rapid growth of private enterprises in recent years,the competition in China’s construction market is becoming more and more fierce.In a way,the core part of the operation of construction enterprises,the main source of market information and the final profit and loss situation are all from the construction project.Facing the new market background and severe market situation,how to strengthen the construction project cost management,how to provide a good guarantee for the quality of the construction project cost management,how to increase the economic benefits of enterprises,is currently the most important part of China’s various construction enterprises to strengthen the core competitiveness.As for the traditional operation mode of high cost,high investment and extensive management before,in today’s severe situation of fierce competition,construction enterprises must abandon the old concept,try to strengthen the cost control of construction projects,improve the cost management mode,so as to increase the operating efficiency of enterprises.This paper takes "basic experimental center project of Shenyang Jianzhu University" as an example to analyze the problems faced in the cost management of installation project and discuss how to carry out cost management.First,the actual cost structure of the project is analyzed.Based on the excellent cases of other projects of China construction no.8 engineering bureau,and according to the problems faced by the cost management of the experimental center of China construction university,the corresponding solutions were formulated.According to the three time periods of tender quotation stage,construction contract performance stage and completion settlement stage,the cost dynamic management analysis is carried out to summarize what are the advantages of cost control measures.For example,the establishment of project responsibility cost management system,BIM deepening design,"double optimization" organizational design,material collection and procurement management scheme and so on.All the way in the "area" under the new historical opportunity,China construction eighth engineering bureau must be in the fierce market competition,strengthen enterprise cost management,through to the Shenyang Jianzhu University experiment center project cost management research,and other outstanding case analysis,induction and analysis,systematic and theoretical,thus put forward in view of the construction enterprise to the method of installation project cost management strategy. |
