Research On Landscape Optimization Strategy Of Wuhan Sports Park Based On Post Occupancy Evaluation

As an important carrier to promote the vigorous development of national fitness,sports park is an important part of urban green space.In recent years,the state has actively promoted the construction of healthy China,which has put forward new requirements for the development of sports undertakings.With the increasing demand of users for diversified and functional sports parks,new sports parks will face a series of problems and challenges in the construction process.How to build sports parks that meet users’ needs and enhance users’ satisfaction is not only an issue to be discussed in this paper,but also an issue to be solved jointly by the government,enterprises and society.This paper takes Wuhan City as an example and chooses Zhangzhidong Sports Park and Hanjiangwan Sports Park as research objects.Through the investigation of the current situation of the park,the basic information of the visitors is understood,and the purpose,preference,duration and frequency of the users are preliminarily mastered.Secondly,reference to the sports park management evaluation index system and the sports park construction effect evaluation system related research,determine the evaluation factors,develop the questionnaire.The post-use evaluation methods such as satisfaction evaluation survey,semi-structured interview and participatory observation were adopted respectively to deeply understand the satisfaction of children,young people,middle-aged and elderly people in the four main components of park service facilities,natural environment,park management and maintenance and the overall park space,and then conduct an overall analysis.The study found that,affected by different ages,users’ satisfaction with sports parks is also different:(1)In terms of service facilities,because Zhangzhidong Sports Park is rich in children’s amusement facilities and intelligent fitness equipment,the satisfaction of children group and middle-aged and elderly group is higher than Hanjiangwan Sports Park,while that of youth group is lower than Hanjiangwan Sports Park.(2)Among the natural landscape factors,the natural landscape of Zhangzhidong Sports Park is poor,so the satisfaction of all ages to Zhangzhidong Sports Park is lower than that of Hanjiangwan Sports Park.(3)In the management service factor,there is not much difference between the two parks.The overall satisfaction of Zhangzhidong Sports Park is slightly higher than that of Hanjiangwan Sports Park.The two parks perform relatively well in service management from the perspective of young people and middle-aged and elderly people.(4)In terms of overall spatial factors,the overall evaluation of Zhangzhidong Sports Park in terms of satisfaction of children group is higher than that of Hanjiangwan Sports Park.In youth group,Zhangzhidong Sports Park is higher than that of Hanjiangwan Sports Park in terms of interaction and openness,but lower in terms of diversity and accessibility.The scores of diversity and accessibility of Zhangzhidong Sports Park were lower than those of Hanjiangwan Sports Park,and scores of other evaluation factors were concentrated.In view of the above evaluation results,quantitative analysis results and interview results and other descriptive analysis are combined to clarify the existing problems in the park and provide objective basis for the optimization strategy mentioned below.Finally,based on the above satisfaction evaluation results,the optimization strategies of sports parks to meet the needs of all age groups and the overall needs are proposed respectively.It is intended to provide some reference and reference for the subsequent design of sports park.
